3 page of 10 pages of the test report P 7013-E, 1 SUBJECT Polymer Institut has been charged by Pazkar Ltd, IL-Afula, to test the waterproofing system based on InoPaz H2O according to ETAG 005 Edition March 2000 guideline for the European Technical Approval for liquid applied roof waterproofing kits Part 1 general and Part 6 particular specifications for waterproofings based on polyurethane General The guideline ETAG 005 requires the evidence of performance characteristics to be provided as a guide for the evaluation of the suitability of the liquid applied roof waterproofing kits (LARWK), among others Classification on the basis of the use by the applicant: Service life: Climatic zone: Service load: Roof inclination: category W2/W3, expected service live 10/25 years category M and S, ( 5 GJ/m² and /or 22 C) P2-P3 for incompressible substrates, P4 for compressible substrates S1 - S4 Surface temperatures: TL2: -10 C TH4: 90 C

4 page of 10 pages of the test report P 7013-E, 2 WATERPROOFING SYSTEM The presented waterproofing system consists of different materials with the following functions / composition: Substrate - concrete - steel - bituminous roof membranes - expanded polystyrene (EPS) - sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) - wood deck - aluminium - PVC (with primer: Super Primer) The substrate is used - to support own and foreign loads and to seal the room upwards. - to make heat insulation, heat storage, sound insulation and fire protection possible - to attain fast drainage of the roof due to slope Primer Epoxy Primer XL-100 Epoxy Primer XL-100 is a 2-component epoxy system used as a primer for several substrates. for PVC : Super Primer Waterproofing layer InoPaz H2O InoPaz H2O is a 2-component polyurethane system for brush, spray or squeegee application. It is dealing as the waterproofing layer on their above mentioned substrates, mainly on concrete. Main application fields beside the waterproofing on roofs are the coating of water tanks or swimming pools. The presented waterproofing layer consists of the following products / steps: Liquid membrane, 1 st layer InoPaz H2O Polyester geotextile Liquid membrane, 2 nd layer InoPaz H2O

5 page of 10 pages of the test report P 7013-E, remark: A closer description of the type of the materials is given in Section One, Chapter 3 Terminology of the a.m. part 2 of ETAG PREPARATION OF THE SPECIMENS On the manufacturers production side the specimens for the tests were produced by the commissioner under the surveillance of a member of Polymer Institut. Several types of samples have been manufactured: free films of the waterproofing kit of InoPaz H2O including reinforcement concrete slabs with the waterproofing system, partially including all steps 3.1 type of specimens free films Free films of the waterproofing layer InoPaz H2O were produced at Pazkar Ltd. (Alon Tavor Industrial Zone) and sent to the Kiwa Polymer Institut. They had an average filmthickness of 2,0 mm. Free films of the waterproofing layer InoPaz H2O were produced on silicone paper at outside conditions. consumption: 1,0 kg/m² A polyester geotextile (200 g/m²) was laid in the first layer of InoPaz H2O until the geotextile was totally soaked in. After a drying process of 24 h at ambient conditions a final layer of InoPaz H2O was applied, consumption: 1,5 kg/m² total thickness: 1,5 2,0 mm Combined specimens For the combined specimens the waterproofing system was applied on concrete slabs, on steel, on bituminous membrane, on aluminium, and on expanded polystyrene slabs in the above mentioned procedure. All test specimens were stored at laboratory climate for at least 14 days before the start of the tests.
