2 Every successful businessman knows that it is required a loyalty program in order to attract regular customers. The most popular way is the granting discounts using discount cards. %

3 BUT 1. For some small businesses the loyalty program is not available, it is necessary to develop and release into circulation a physical loyalty card, which is costly. 2. Additional difficulties may arise in the implementation of the discount system: accounting of purchases is required and, consequently, specialized software should be installed.

4 BUT 3. Today the number of cards is constantly growing and fit them all in your wallet is becoming increasingly difficult, it causes a negative reaction from the buyers who having a discount may not always get it.

5 Purpose and objectives are the following: to increase the availability of the loyalty program; to simplify the work with the loyalty program; to give up physical loyalty cards when working with loyalty program; automation of recording process of purchases and discounts.

6 Target audience Managers of small businesses as well as the staff responsible for the loyalty program (more often marketers) in the medium and large business segment b2c.

7 Idea Nowadays almost everyone has a smartphone. Creating the application that allows any company to produce their own electronic discount cards, and customers to use the smartphone as a universal means for storing all received discount cards, can greatly simplify work and provide convenience for a customer.

9 How does it work for business 1) A company installs the application from Google Play / App Store. 2) It fills in its data. 3) A company creates own discount card: it is possible to choose design, size and type of a discount (design and conditions for a discount can be saved as a sample which may be used in future).

10 How does it work for business 4) When issuing a discount name, surname, and customer`s telephone number are filled out (ID is noted, if application is already installed by a customer). 5) When a client shows a card on the screen of his phone, the company representative reads it by own phone and enters a sum without a discount amount. The system will consider the amount of a discount and adds a transaction to the purchase history of the customer.

11 How does it work for customer: 1) A client downloads at no cost own version of application from Google Play / App Store, which serve as a kind of card holder for his e-cards. 2) A customer fills in own data. 3) Upon receipt of a new discount card a client gets push-notification. * if the application is not yet installed, after the issuance of the card a customer gets with login data and a link to the application.

12 How does it work for customer: 4) When paying a customer simply shows a discount card on the screen of his smartphone. 5) It is possible to control discounts, the history, and the accumulation of points

13 Uniqueness of the proposal: 1. Complete rejection from the physical discount cards. 2. Lack of dependence for creating, modifying discount cards and loyalty programs. 3. No cost for branding electronic discount cards. 4. There is no need to install additional equipment (scanners and readers). 5. Types of discounts can be chosen: fixed discount or cumulative discount.

14 Innovation: idiscount is the first application which itself generates new discount cards with a unique barcode for each customer. Any company can easily use it anywhere in the world without direct contact with the product developer. It eliminates redundant business processes when working with loyalty program.
