5 DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY - In order to identify a child as educationally disabled as the result of a developmental delay, the Team must determine that there are clear indicators present that the child may have one of the other educationally disabling conditions. Therefore, the required assessments and qualified examiners are the same as for those other conditions. Examiners must be qualified for the specific disabilities suspected of causing the developmental delay. VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS: Vocational Vocational Educator *S.A.I.F. (Specialist in the assessment of intellectual functioning)
