In 2016 Non-Indigenous public sector professionals have been offered an opportunity to participle in this course. In this way the course is an opportunity for both Indigenous and Non-Indigenous professionals to learn about each others perspectives on management and public policy. The primary objective of the course is to equip participants with the tools and skills necessary to develop ideas, lead and manage organisational activities across government.
