All sessions qualify for MCLE credit and some qualify for CIMCE credit. The total available MCLE is 6 hours on Monday and 5.5 hours on Tuesday. LAAC conferences are designed to train advocates to provide adequate legal assistance to eligible clients and to provide advice to any eligible client as to the legal rights of the client. These activities are permissible under 45 CFR section (b). This project was supported by Grant No. CW from the Governor s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES).
