And the tea selection we serve is from Ronnefeldt; an exclusive exquisite assortment of tea, produced with the greatest of care. Lunch All lunches include 1 glass of soft drink or mineral water, to upgrade your meal with a nice beverage to accompany the delicious lunch. One excellent glass of house wine or draft beer could be chosen for a special upgrade price; Euro 3.50 per beverage. The lunch can be served in your meeting room, in the foyer in front of the meeting room or in our Palmboom Restaurant. 11 Lunches & Dinners In Restaurant De Palmboom we use local and organic ingredients. This means that we work with fresh daily goods and seasonal Dutch produce. This local character allows us to ensure the highest quality of all our dishes, from starter right down to dessert. Our Executive Chef, Johannes Nieuwenhuizen, only works with certified MRIJ beef from Meuse-Rhine- Yssel cattle. These animals are bred in a secured bloodline, have room to move and are raised on a balanced diet. These conditions allow for a good life which is ultimately reflected in its high quality and taste. For your group lunches & dinners, our banquet rooms and restaurant can accommodate your guests. In our Palmboom restaurant and our banquet rooms we can accommodate up to 130 guests for a private dinner. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your special requests; we are pleased to assist you. We kindly offer a delicious three course menus as from per person or a dinner buffet as from Euro per person. Special chef s buffet choices are available and we kindly assist in creating a Tailor Made buffet for your event. For your event we are proud to offer our special Dinner Arrangement. This package includes: a threecourse dinner, ½ bottle of water, ½ bottle of house wine, coffee/tea and delicacies. 65 per person. Pastorie Bar A warm welcome in the heart of our hotel. You can enjoy a freshly brewed espresso, light lunch, cocktail or canapés, comfortably seated in one of the lovely chairs. Our Pastorie Bar is an ideal spot for an informal get together. Authentic features of the old Pastor House, candlelight and lively conversations complete the ambiance.

12 Extra Information Business Centre You are warmly welcome to use our business centre on the ground floor. The computer with Internet access and printing facilities is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Information Board Throughout the hotel we have an information board on which we can display the name of your group/event and the name of your meeting room. Please inform us of your preferred announcement. Security If you wish to provide extra security for your group, we will propose a tailor-made solution. Flowers Upon your request, we can provide flowers in the meeting room, for example in the colours of your company logo. Flower arrangements as of Presents If you would like to give your guests a token of your esteem, we can place a present in their room on your behalf. Our suggestions: Dutch caramel waffles or Box of bonbons - 15,- Menu cards and Name cards Upon your request we can arrange menu cards for your dinner. We can make your own name cards for you. The price is 1.50 per name card. Activities With much pleasure we will help you organize a break during your meeting, partner program, reception or dinner on a boat. Health and Fitness Stay in top shape at hotel s fitness centre. All guests of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive on-site fitness centre. 13 Location and Route Location The Radisson Blu Hotel's Amsterdam city centre location provides the perfect base for travellers who wish to explore all that this historic and vibrant city has to offer. Both business and leisure guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to the city's excellent public transport options. Hotel reception can advise guests regarding bus, train and tram service. Canal boats and bicycles offer more leisurely means of getting around the city. Route By car on ring Amsterdam A10 from exit S112 Diemen: Take exit S112 and follow the signs toward Centrum. Take the roundabout at the Amstel train station toward Centrum. This is Wibautstraat, which leads into Weesperstraat. At the end of Weesperstraat, take the roundabout toward Centrum (fourth street on the right). Pass the music theatre The Stopera and pass the bridge, then take the first street on the right, Amstel. Cross the first bridge on the right, Kloveniersburgwal. Cross the second bridge on the left and continue straight on Rusland to the hotel. By car on ring Amsterdam A10 from exit S116 Noord: Take exit S116 Noord, Centrum. Drive approximately 2.5 kilometres toward Centrum. Drive through the IJ Tunnel, continuing toward Centrum. At the second traffic light, take the roundabout toward Centrum, second street on right. Pass the music theatre The Stopera and pass the bridge, then take the first street on the right, Amstel. Cross the first bridge on the right, Kloveniersburgwal. Cross the second bridge on the left and continue straight on Rusland to the hotel.
