Because of my technical and administrative skills, my abilities in planning, logistics and coordination of fertile egg production; I am able to achieve an optimal integration between farms and hatcheries. Supervised the chick placement, broiler production and delivery of the birds according to the client s requirements. Managed a complex of 11 farms and the production of more than broiler. Prepared brooding houses. Cleaning the rearing houses. Management of breeder flocks. Liaised with veterinaries and nutritional specialists. Managed and communicated activities in an efficient manner of the single and multistage stage of Hatchery. Responsible for the performance of 26 incubators and the chick quality from 30 hatchers.
