1 Rewards Overview My BRIO Rewards Program ( MBRP ) is sponsored by Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Inc. (BBRG) and is designed to show our appreciation by rewarding our loyal guests. Pick up your MBRP Card at any participating BRIO Tuscan Grille location or enroll online, complete the registration process and start earning Rewards. As a MBRP Member, you will receive valuable offers from time to time; however, in order to redeem these Rewards, your card must be registered or you must have an account on our app, MyBrio Rewards.. For just registering your MBRP account, you will receive: s with exclusive offers, information about new items, recipes, cooking tips, new restaurant openings and local event invitations. My BRIO Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions Entering into the MBRP program means you are a part of our EAT.REPEAT.REWARD. program. The EAT.REPEAT.REWARD. program is simple. Just earn 5 visit credits and receive $10 off your sixth visit. Here are the steps: 1. Purchase at least one entree valued at $7.95 or more. Select visit credit on the mybrio Rewards app and show the four digit code to your server or ask your server to swipe your card to earn one visit credit. 2. Visit BRIO a total of five times, checking in each time with your card or app. 3. After your fifth visit you'll earn a reward of up to $10 off your sixth visit. 4. Redeem your reward and start earning visit credits again! ELIGIBILITY MBRP Membership is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registering and who have a valid and unique address. The MBRP is intended for individual use only. One Membership Card will be issued per account, and each individual is only allowed one Membership. Employees of BBRG and their spouses are ineligible for MBRP Membership. MBRP is available at all participating BRIO locations. ENROLLMENT

2 Pick up a MBRP Card at a participating BRIO restaurant or download our app MyBrio Rewards. The MBRP Card identifies you as a Member of the MBRP. You can begin earning Rewards the moment you receive your MBRP Card, but to become eligible to redeem your Rewards, you must first register your card online at Enrolling and registering is simple: Step 1: Pick up a MBRP Card at your local participating BRIO restaurant; Step 2: Visit and select REGISTER CARD; Step 3: Enter your MBRP Card number; Step 4: Enter REG CODE from back of card; Step 5: Enter your name, postal address, address, and telephone number, etc., and answer a few questions; Step 6: Agree to the Terms and Conditions. You can also enroll online at You must fully and accurately complete the enrollment and registration process. If any information you provide is invalid, inaccurate or incomplete, BBRG may block you, at its sole discretion, from enrolling in the MBRP or it may cancel your Membership. Limit one Membership per person. BBRG reserves the right to limit the number of people that can enroll in the MBRP at any time. Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated account information. If any of your contact information changes, please log onto and update your information. There are no membership fees associated with the MBRP. THE BENEFITS OF BEING LOYAL As a Member of the MBRP, you can earn Rewards by presenting your MBRP Card when purchasing food at participating BRIO locations. The exact Rewards earned will vary depending on the type of BRIO Reward then being offered. You can track the Rewards you have already earned and are eligible to earn by logging into your MBRP Account at and entering your MBRP Card number and password. To earn Rewards for your purchases, you must present your MBRP Card to your server each time you

3 make payment. If you forget your MBRP Card, you can provide the server the name and telephone number on your MBRP account and ask your server to apply your purchase to your MBRP Account. All Rewards have an expiration date. LOYALTY REWARDS MBRP Members can redeem up to one (1) Reward per visit. Rewards are good for one time use only, unless otherwise specified. Rewards are not earned on the purchase of any alcoholic products, taxes, gratuities and services fees. Surprise & Grazie Rewards From time to time, MBRP Members will receive notification regarding Surprise & Grazie Rewards that are available to registered Members only. These Rewards are limited time offers and can only be redeemed during designated times and dates as specified in the notification. A minimum purchase may be required on some offers. Other restrictions may apply. PRIVACY BBRG will use the information you provide us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy, which you may read by clicking on the Privacy Policy button where it appears on this Website. If we revise our Privacy Policy, then these Rules will automatically refer to the revised Privacy Policy. Choosing to Identify Yourself: Any information you provide about you or your company, such as name, address, address, phone number and birth date, may be used to communicate with you via postal mail or . You will need your password and MBRP Card number to access your account. If someone learns your password and accesses your MBRP account, with or without your permission, you are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from the actions of that unauthorized use of your password, and BBRG shall have no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the actions of that unauthorized use of your password. You can change your password at anytime by logging onto CHANGES TO THE MY BRIO LOYALTY PROGRAM OR REWARDS MBRP Membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of BBRG. BBRG has the right at any

4 time, in its sole discretion, with or without giving you prior notice, to: including the time and/or date to redeem any Reward or offer; Any revised Terms and Conditions will serve as the then current Terms and Conditions, replacing any and all prior versions. Rewards and other benefits accumulated under the MBRP have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and, upon termination of the MBRP or a specific Reward or offer. Rewards and offers earned but not used by you as a result of your participation will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. By registering as an MBRP Member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, that you waive your rights under any law that may require BBRG to obtain judicial permission to change these Terms and Conditions or to end the MBRP. CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP You may cancel your MBRP Membership at any time. To cancel your Membership, you may opt out of the MBRP from the My BRIO Reward communication unsubscribe link. As soon as you cancel your Membership, all Rewards earned but not used will be cancelled. Opting out of receiving s from BRIO Each Member of the MBRP must have a separate, unique registered MBRP Card and a unique address. One card per Member. To receive credit for a purchase and/or to redeem any earned Rewards, Member must present his or her MBRP Card to the server along with payment. If Members are dining together, each Member must inform the server their respective purchases are to be applied to his or her respective MBRP account. Rewards and/or other benefits are non transferable and cannot be applied to other MBRP Members. BBRG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the MBRP in the

5 event of weather, an act of god, state of war, union strike or any other condition beyond the reasonable control of BBRG. Each Member shall be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein. BBRG reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions are void where prohibited by law. By participating in the MBRP, each Member hereby releases BBRG, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and any affiliate entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and/or assigns (the Released Parties ) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, attorneys fees, and other expenses, whether to person or property, including death, resulting from or relating in any way to Member s participation in the MBRP, use of Rewards or other benefits, or agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The MBRP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. BBRG and each Member agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to Member s participation in the MBRP or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Franklin County, Ohio. No arbitration under the MBRP and these Terms and Conditions will be combined and/or consolidated with any other arbitration. Federal and state tax liabilities, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the MBRP Member. There may be more specific rules for specific Rewards, and any such additional rules information will be communicated by means of the notification of the specified Rewards. BBRG reserves the right to change restaurants and other participating locations at any time.
