How Do I Apply to LAPC? 1. The ppliction will be ccepted fter ll prerequisite course work hs been completed. 2. Submit one set of officil trnscripts of required cdemic course work from ll colleges ttended, including LAPC. These must be submitted to the Nursing Deprlment long with your ppliction. 3. Course Equivlencies: Prerequisite courses tken outside of the Los Angeles Community College District will be evluted by the Counseling Deprtment. Submit ctlog course descriptions from the ctlog yer the course ws tken long with your ppliction for ll courses completed outside the Los Angeles Community College District. The Nursing Deprtment will forwrd the informtion to the Counseling Deprtment. 4. TEAS V - Test of E,ssentil Acdemic Skills: All students re required to tke TEAS V Test. This ssessment mesures bsic skills in the res of Reding, Mthemtics, Science, English nd Lnguge Usge. The TEAS is item, multiple choice exm, lsting 3 to 4 hours nd given in pper nd pencil formt.
