2 Split Payment Processing c 1. Navigate to Softheon Web using the path below: Note: For <hostname> put in the fully qualified hostname of your designated Softheon Web Server. 2. Enter your corresponding credentials. 3. Click Sign In. 4. Navigate to the FMS - WF - Confirmation Subscriber and double click the payment transaction that needs to be split between two subscribers Helpful Tips If your internet protocol is instead of your URL would be: Helpful Tips The user will need access to the HC_FMS_WF_Confirmation_Subscriber Mailbox. 3 5. The Information profile will be displayed. 6. Navigate to the Payment Details profile and take note of the Deposit Date. Minimize the payment transaction /11/06 v1.0 Split Payment Processing 3

4 7. To create a Payment Transaction for the first Subscriber, click the New Folder icon. 8. Set the Drawer to Marketplace Connector and Type to Payment Transaction. 9. The following fields within the Information tab are required to create the Payment Transaction: i. Type- Success ii. Date- User must fill this in iii. Class- Consumer Payment iv. Exchange ID Needed to link to the Subscriber Folder 10. Suggested fields include: Social Security Number First Name Last Name Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

5 11. For the Payment Details tab, input all the fields that are populated in the original payment folder but update the 12 payment amount to display the correct amount. Do not add $ when entering the payment amount. 12. Click the Save icon. 13. 6 14. Review the payment information, once finished click Save 15. Click Close. 16. Click Yes. Note: Step 7-16 must be repeated for the other Subscriber as well Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

7 c Deleting Old Payment Transaction Scenario 1 1. Navigate back to the old payment transaction and click the Find Parent icon. 2. A message will popup stating: No parents were found for this folder. If a subscriber folder opens proceed to Deleting Old Payment Transaction Scenario Click Ok /11/06 v1.0 Split Payment Processing 7

8 4. Click Folder and click Delete. 5. Click Ok to delete the old payment transaction Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

9 Deleting Old Payment Transaction Scenario 2 1. Navigate back to the old payment transaction and click the Find Parent icon. 2. A subscriber folder will open select the payment transaction that needs to be deleted under the Subfolder tree view. You can verify that you re deleting the correct folder by referencing the folder ID of the payment transaction which can be found in the Properties tab Ensure that the Payment Transaction is highlighted in the tree view. 10 4. Navigate to the Finance profile of the incorrect Subscriber folder. 5. Locate the Payment Transaction in the Payments table and deleted the row. Again, you can verify that you re deleting the correct folder by referencing the folder ID of the payment transaction which can be found in the Properties tab of the payment transaction Navigate to the Accounting profile. Click the delete row icon and remove all rows in the Transactions table. 7. Click Save icon Click the route icon Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

11 9. Route the Subscriber folder to ENR-WF-Update Subscriber Transaction Table and click Route. 10. Navigate back to the Payment Transaction. Click Folder and click Delete /11/06 v1.0 Split Payment Processing 11

12 11. Click Ok. Note: If you see the below message refresh the payment transaction and try again. If the message is still present navigate back to the Subscriber folder and make sure the payment transaction was properly deleted from the subfolders tree view and try again Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

13 Assigning Mailbox Privilege c 1. Navigate to Softheon Web using the path below: Note: For <hostname> put in the fully qualified hostname of your designated Softheon Web Server. 2. Enter your corresponding credentials for a user with AdminDesk access. 3. Click Sign In. 4. 14 5. Select Users. 6. Double click a user that you would like to the provide Confirmation Subscriber workflow access Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0

15 7. Navigate to the Mailboxes tab. 8. Click Add. 9. Select the HC_FMS_WF_Confirmation_Subscriber Mailbox. 10. Click Add /11/06 v1.0 Split Payment Processing 15

16 11. Check Outbound Access. 12. Click Save. 13. The Mailboxes tab will be update with the new mailbox. 14. Click Apply. 15. Click Save. 16. Click Close Split Payment Processing 14/11/06 v1.0
