This is the preliminary nomination form is for HR PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR. Submissions are due on or before Monday, December 2nd, 2013, 9:00am PST. Some questions have a character limit and are noted in the question. The judging committee is looking for nominations of individuals who are raising the awareness of Human Resources Professionals as leaders and who are making significant contributions to the strategic competitive advantage of a business or organization. This preliminary nomination will be reviewed by the judging committee. The shortlist of finalists will be selected solely on the contents of this submission.
