2 Gazeley Coachbuilders Ltd is a total family business. Located in the Home of racing, Newmarket, where we manufacture and repair any type of horsebox, motor home or leisure vehicle. The Exclusive Range are the home from home horseboxes. Manufactured on a 7,500 kgs G.V.W (Gross Vehicle Weight) to 26,000 kgs G.V.W chassis cabs. No two horseboxes are made to the same specification, however there is almost no limit to the additional luxuries you may choose to include (subject to not compromising the payload).

3 One of the Gazeley Range is the Exclusive 2 rear facing which is a compact and easy to drive horsebox. It has a Gross Vehicle Weight of 3,500kgs, meaning it can be driven by anyone 17 years and over on a standard car licence. With its low gravity design, horses travel a lot smoother and with its strong lightweight design, it is capable of carrying two horses, rear facing, with a payload of up to 1,180kgs. All your needs are catered for when choosing which type of vehicle you need. If you transport horses for a living, then the Gazeley Stud is the vehicle for you. With the clever design layout, it enables you to carry two horses rear facing and transforms it into a mare a foal carrying vehicle. This style is set up to have the two horses in tubed stalls and by putting the centre partition against the wall out of the way, it opens up to a loose box for mare and foals.

4 At Gazeley, we work closely with our clients right from the start. Discussing the design of the horse, living, shower and toilet area including the best chassis cab suited to your needs. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of all kinds of horse transportation whether show jumping, eventing, dressage or racing. All your needs are catered for. All of the new builds, repairs and refurbishments are carried out at our factory in Newmarket, Suffolk, giving easy access from the A14. The comfort and safety of you and your horses is paramount and we provide the highest standard of travelling to meet the rigorous demands that will come with transporting them. All our horseboxes are built to the highest possible standards and our design is elegant. They are fully FTA (Freight Transport Association) / DEFRA certificated and have fans and temperature sensors fitted on board as standard. Every last detail has been carefully thought through by designers with hands on experience.

6 At Gazeley, we are working closely with different trades to ply line and fit cabinets, draw and racking systems to most makes and models of vans. Whether you are a plumber, electrician or a farrier, we can use a Computer Aided Drawing system to design the back of your van and see which modules fit. All van modules are fitted by our trained installers who have vast motor industry knowledge and experience. This means the systems are fitted securely with no risk of damage to your vehicle.

7 Gazeley s have a Specialist Vehicles division where any type of vehicle can be modified, refurbished or constructed. The vehicles that have been converted, include the Newmarket SOS bus which has a medical area to the rear, a conference area to the front and a small kitchen area. Also we have converted a Mercedes Sprinter panel van into a Youth Support Vehicle, which has a storage area to the rear and a games area to the front. Both having the latest technology of games consoles, television and generator. There is no end to what can be done!

Once the TRACKER has been installed, this stays with the vehicle. We are not able to move them from vehicle to vehicle due to subscriptions and allocation of tracker units.

Our services include sales, servicing and repairs of Telair & Teleco products covering Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. Many of the world s leading leisure vehicle brands trust and install Teleco and Telair Products. Teleco products include, the Teleco Flatsat Easy, fully automatic, self seeking satellite system with a easy to use control panel. The stand alone pointing system with a wall mounted control panel, can be coupled to any Satellite Receiver (not supplied). With all Teleco satellite systems they come with the option of three dish sizes 50cm 65cm and 85cm VOYAGER DIGIMATIC has been specially designed and built by Teleco to make manual searching of digital satellites easier for the user in just a few quick and simple operations. Teleco has applied the most advanced technologies in developing its new VOYAGER DIGIMATIC with a DSF80/E Digital Finder, an electronic elevation meter displaying the absolute dish angle even when the vehicle is not level. Telair Air conditioning units are specifically designed to be installed on the roofs of caravans, motorhomes, horseboxes and any other leisure vehicle. Special care has been taken to ensure LOW NOISE both inside and outside of the vehicle. Different models of air conditioning units are available depending on internal size of the area where the unit will be used. Operated by 230 volt power supply. Telair generators are placed in a sound proofed metal casing. They are equipped with a fully automatic electronic starter system with remote control panel and a 5 metre long cable, including total and partial hour counter, over heating indicator with automatic engine stop, oil and fuel level indicator lights. Available as gas, petrol and diesel fuelled. The diesel generator can be installed by directly connecting it to the diesel tank on the vehicle.
