2 Joseph L. Nicholson, CIMA Senior Vice President Investments Senior PIM Portfolio Manager Mr. Nicholson has over 25 years of investment experience managing for individual and institutional investment consulting clients with Wells Fargo Advisors. He possess Series 7 and 65 security registrations and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst SM (CIMA ), designated through the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA SM *). Prior to his association with Wells Fargo Advisors, Mr. Nicholson was an Asset Specialist with Grant Thornton in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Public Finance Officer with Nations Bank Capital Markets Group, also in Atlanta. Joe also holds the distinction of Senior PIM Portfolio Manager and is proficient in PNF analysis through Dorsey Wright & Associates. Joe is also a Professional Member of Kingdom Advisors which is non-profit organization for Christian Financial professionals. Mr. Nicholson holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. He has served as President of the NAMI of Charleston and founding Treasurer of the Alzheimer s Association of the Low Country, and past founding Treasurer of the non-profit Carolina Autism. Joe also served on the board of the College of Charleston s Alumni Association and Treasurer of the non-profit Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy. Originally from Greenville, Joe and his wife Nicole reside on John s Island with their daughter and son and are members of St. Michael's Church in Charleston. At St. Michael s he is active in Dave Ramsey s Financial Peace University and Cursillo ministries. As past Treasurer of the LowCountry Ford Model A Club he enjoys driving to work a 1930 Ford Model A Town Sedan and 1930 Ford Model A Truck. They also remain up to date in their field by completing 40 hours of continuing education every two years

3 Bernard F. Bernie Puckhaber Mentor (September 5, 1927-December 26, 2014) "In Memoriam" "Bernie" was a major part of our team for over 20 years while working up to the very end with almost 50 years with Wells Fargo and predecessors. Mr. Puckhaber was a graduate of the College of Charleston with a liberal arts degree in history and a minor in economics. He was a past member of the Board of Trustees, College of Charleston Foundation Board, and former President of the College of Charleston s Alumni Association. Mr. Puckhaber took an extremely active role in College of Charleston athletics while attending the University and even still today. As a student, Mr. Puckhaber was on the basketball and tennis teams. In 1950 he earned the honor of being named to the All South Carolina team for basketball. He served as the coach of the College s basketball team in His efforts on the basketball and tennis courts and sideline earned him a spot in the College of Charleston s Athletic Hall of Fame. Bernie has been employed in the securities/investments business for over 55 years, 10 of which was with Merrill Lynch where he served as Operations Manager and then as an Account Executive. In 1965, Mr. Puckhaber joined Johnson, Lane, Space, Smith & Co. as an Account Executive and Co-Branch Manager. Mr. Puckhaber remained with basically the same firm, which is now, Wells Fargo Advisors. He was married to his life long friend, the former Anne Stender. They have two grown children, Susan and Allen. They also have one grandson, Matthew.

4 Our Wealth Management Group Karen Miller Senior Registered Client Associate Karen comes to us from a Wells Fargo Advisors branch in Charlotte and has been with the firm since Karen is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7) and also holds her Series 65 and state registration. A native of Greensburg, PA, Mrs. Miller resides in Charleston with her husband Rus and has 2 grown children. Joseph L. Nicholson, CIMA Senior Vice President Investments Joe utilizes his expertise as a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) which is the only credential specifically for financial professional who want to attain a high level of competency as an advanced investment consultant. Joe s role is utilizing this expertise to design and implement strategy tailored to meet clients needs. We are in the Bank of America building across from Hyman s Seafood. Enter the garage which is attached to the rear of the building. Proceed to the 3rd level of the garage and park in Wells Fargo Advisors client parking or any available non-reserved spot. Enter the building through the glass doors. Our office is located at the end of the hall on the right. Please remember to save your garage ticket, our receptionist will give you another ticket to let you out.
