4 2015 YEAR IN REVIEW It is our pleasure to present this year s Eller MBA Employment Report. The Career Management team, in partnership with students, faculty, and business leaders, plays a critical role in supporting MBA candidates as they develop their professional competencies and transition to new fields, functions, and industries. From résumé and cover letter writing, to mock interviews and career treks, each program experience is provided to offer students real-world scenarios and prepare them for all future professional endeavors. Eller MBA is part of a diverse, close-knit learning community that is immersed in the culture of a large university. We develop ethical and innovative leaders through transformational experiences by leveraging our experiential learning opportunities, world-class faculty, and collaborative, energizing environment. The program s small class sizes and low faculty-to-student ratio, offer students unique opportunities to develop the business acumen and leadership skills sought by employers. Our program prides itself on developing innovative business leaders who can drive bottom line results. In 2015, we continued to be ranked competitively by US News & World Report. Among public universities, Eller MBA was ranked #30. Furthermore, US News & World Report ranked our McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship as #11 and our MIS program as #3. These honors speak to the extraordinary value our students bring to employers across the globe. With this employment report, we are thrilled to share our accomplishments with you and invite you to join us in celebrating our successes and being part of our future! The students at Eller are very lucky to have such a dedicated team of people, who really care about their future career aspirations. ~ Susan Shald, Director of Talent Sourcing, Gallup 108
