18 Reinventing a Legal Staffing Powerhouse We are currently helping Update reinvent itself. We completely rebranded and repositioned Update after 25 years in the legal staffing business. Next we re creating a new corporate website, all new marketing collateral, a portal for candidates and clients, and an interactive app for salespeople. Then we ll take the business to the next level with a comprehensive thought leadership and marketing automation initiative.

19 Problem: Samsung LED had no integrated mechanism to record transactions with wholesale buyers who wanted product samples, leading to a siloing of information and in turn created three distinct problems: redundancies in prospective client outreach, territorial disputes among salespeople, and crippling inefficiencies in getting samples to buyers. Solution: We created an intuitive, multi-platform pipeline tool that recorded transactions as they were being made, so other salespeople, and distribution centers, could easily view who was selling what to whom and when in real-time. Results: Samsung was able to better understand where their customers were in the buying cycle, react appropriately and clearly identify the bottlenecks. Our customized tool successfully eliminated redundancies, put an end to territorial disputes amongst the salesforce, and guaranteed interested buyers quick, efficient, and accurate transactions.
