4 Outdoor aluminum full colour LED display of the General Module Series is made in P6.67, P8, P10. As the development of SMD technology continues, the luminance of SMD already has reached the standard for outdoor application. The SMD LED displays have a very smooth surface with advantages for outdoor use. Its automatic air-cycle cooling system inside the cabinet has gained national patent. It is ef cient with heat dissipation, energy conservation and environmental protection. Its outdoor waterproof aluminum cabinet is lightweight and Ultra thin, with 80mm in thickness, and just 13.5kg in weight. It has a high refresh rate, high gray scale and is widely applied to the stage renting. The waterproof level of the outdoor waterproof cabinet reaches IP65 level. The cabinet size is 640mm x 640 mm, and the size of the module is 320mm x 320mm. The outdoor waterproof cabinet is mainly equipped with outdoor SMD module of P6.67, P8, P10 and outdoor 346 modules of P10 and P13.33

This module is a new product applied with the densest DIP dots in the industry and it is suitable for outdoor short-distance viewing, specially designed for outdoor mobilized LED screen and outdoor xed and outdoor rental applications. It has a very wide brightness range of a maximum 8000 cd/m², with good light distribution curve and an angle consistency advantages. The Flux LED uses 3 in 1 lamp. It has good heat dissipation. The module is equipped with OP65 waterproof grade to protect the outdoor operation.. 8 In order to meet different requirements, the Ventilation Display series include different speci cation for the variety of products: P12.5, P16, P21.33, P25.6 and P32 Ultra thin design: Ultra light and ultra thin requiring low load bearings. The cabinet has the latest design ideas: it only has the frame without the frame connection in the middle of the general cabinet which makes the cabinet lighter in weight. It has an Ultra thin design- the thickness of the whole cabinet is only 90mm and 50mm thinner than the routine cabinet which makes installation easier. High transmittance: Its transmittance is over 15%-40% and will gain the homogeneous emission. Low Windage: Because the screen is ventilated, it reduces the windage and can save structure cost. 9 According to customers' concerns, the main issues lie with the maintenance of the displays: Complication, time and cost. The good news is, thep10/p13.33/p16/p20/p26.66 modules have dual sides maintenance with full colour display, which can be maintained from the front or the back, reducing maintenance challenges and costs. There are no screws between the module and the cabinet, which makes it easier to disassemble and to install. It only takes a few seconds to disassemble. The power lines can be directly disassembled, and there are no screws to fasten. Space saving: The traditional display requires big space to be able to maintain when required, but today, the new display has space saving advantage given that it can be maintained from front if required, or from back as the client requires.
