3 ORTHOPEDICS & TRAUMATOLOGY Arthroscopy Use of arthroscopy equipment and discussion of the merits and the limits of this technique in the horse. Practical classes will run in small groups of maximum three per work station. Arthroscopic approaches of the tarsocrural, fetlock, carpal, distal interphalangeal femoropatellar joints will be performed during these practical classes. The training will also include introduction of specific techniques used in equine arthroscopy and a case discussion.
