18 The first line shows preset capstan output and current output, and the second line shows rpm of capstan wheel. 3. Main speed Shows preset output and current output. Main speed is a multiplier of all speeds. For example, if main speed is 50%, and the speed of extruder and capstan are 60% and 40%, the overall output will be 30% for extruder and 20% for capstan. Main speed will only take effect in linking mode. 4. Extruder speed The first line shows preset extruder output and current output, and the second line shows rpm of screw. 5. Graphically displays the status of the extrusion line. If no alarm occurred, the whole line shows white. If e-stop is triggered, the whole line becomes blinking red. If local alarms occurred, the corresponding part becomes blinking red. 6. Graphical display of horizontal type accumulator. When the accumulator is at the origin, position 0, and tries to move rightward. When the accumulator reaches the farthest position, about 1400, and tries to move leftward. 7.
