2 Introduction Bernard Julhiet Group is looking for an R&D Performing SME in Israel to create a consortium to submit a Eurostars project in September Europe funds Eurostars projects through subventions (40% of expenses, average global project expenses: 1M to 1.5M, so from 200K to 400K of subvention per partner). 3 The proposed project «Social Recruitment Tools for Professional Social Networks» The project is to develop and implement a set of tools for Professional Social Networks to provide functionalities of automated sourcing and assessment. Functionalities for job seekers: Push of offers: the system proposes to the job seeker, offers which correspond to its profile. Behavioral skills tests : vocational and personality tests Professional Interests tests: they suggest the job seeker with the ideal type of jobs related to its interests and gives advices for career choices. Auto diagnostic of level of indecision in job orientation Report files : to facilitate career decision making process (advices, further exploration steps) and locate occupations that are compatible with its preferences Functionalities for recruiters: Automated Sourcing tools Reliable matching between job seekers and recruiter through : o Characteristics set by the recruiter (discriminant competencies, work environment, culture for example) and individual specifications (vocational interests, behavioral preferences) set by the candidate o Location o Availability o Motivation Assessment tools Interactive guidance system allowing online assessment of preselected job seekers using behavioral skills tests (vocational and personality tests) Reporting tools Virtual meeting tools Through web cam Project duration: months Total expenses: 1M to 1.5M (Subvention 40% of expenses) Partner s Subvention: between 25% to 40% of the total Subvention, depending on the perimeter of work. 29/05/12 Bernard Julhiet 2

4 Ideal partner profile R&D Performing SME in Israel = invest 10% or more of it s turnover or it s full time equivalent (FTE) personnel in research and development activities Common equity of the company more than 100K Expert in development with APIs such as Viadeo ( or OpenSocial or eventually Apps on Facebook.
