This guide utlines the steps necessary t imprt recrds frm the databases the University f Salfrd subscribes t, where this is pssible. Databases T find the databases listed in this guide pen Internet Explrer and g t the Student Channel at: Click the SOLAR Library Search link. Click the Databases link t search r brwse fr the database yu want. Filters Mst databases allw yu t dwnlad references directly int EndNte. Hwever, with a few databases filters are needed t imprt recrds. These filters translate the frmat f the reference int a frmat that EndNte can recgnise. Generally, each database has its wn unique filter, and the instructins belw tell yu which filter t use with each database. If a filter is nt wrking prperly check t see if a later filter is available.
