A more detailed two-hour session will be offered in the spring. Everyone will learn that there are many things one can do to make you feel better while living with arthritis. Unless otherwise indicated, Adult Continuing Education Program classes are designed for adult learners (over 18). No participant is allowed to attend class without having paid the full class fee. We are unable to accept postdated cheques.
