The proposed project, European Entrepreneurship School Programme as an Answer to Social Exclusion (eespase, hereafter) is justified in the context of the need to adapt European society to the changes taking place in the model of welfare State as a result of the economic crisis. Because of this crisis, significantly increases the number of people unemployed and thereby the number of people at risk of social exclusion. In this situation, European Governments cannot meet alone the needs of wider collectives and develop the necessary mechanisms for social cohesion. It is necessary that civil society itself who will mobilize and organize effectively under the principles of self-management and entrepreneurial initiative, where individuals and social groups to assume the role of giving way and find solutions to their own problems collaborating with the State. Therefore, the presence of social entrepreneurs is necessary that identify problems and social needs and address them through projects with a high social innovation. This fact justifies the need to support social entrepreneurs through a programme, eespase, that gives effective tools to enable their professionalization, training, and provide the necessary support to increase the viability of their projects of social cohesion. eespase will have as a precedent a project already consolidated in Spain, the School of Social Entrepreneurs at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, which is a six year old programme, designed to promote the figure of the social entrepreneur in Spain. The eespase project has a more ambitious reach, taking as the recipient any European team of trainers or organizations providing support to social entrepreneurs. This will require a work of adaptation in terms of format, methodology and content. The Consortium involved in eespase is made up by five partners from four countries (Spain, Greece, Finland and Poland), with complementary profiles, extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship and European projects management and extensive network of contacts. These are three educational institutions (Cracow University of Economics, the Foundation of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Development) and two private companies (Inypsa and Noema). As result of eespase will create a new generalized model of supporting social entrepreneurs at European level which will culminate in the development of an e-learning platform aimed at social entrepreneurs, social supporting entities and experts with materials adapted to the identified socio-economic needs. Thanks to eespase it will train in the short term to trainers of the participating countries. For medium to long term it will take a change of social culture that allows a greater employability of people at risk of exclusion in these countries and the extension of the Programme to other European countries. 2

3 Information sur le projet Description: PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS: We should point out that the expected results have been achieved according to the initial working program. -Five Consortium meetings were held during the project period. -The ten work packages (WP s) have been successfully developed. -The Consortium has adapted the previous Spanish methodology of performance towards the profile of an average European format. -Likewise, another mission accomplished has been the adaptation the original in-house methodology to an online working environment approach using internet as a primary means of interaction with end users of the tool. -The Consortium has identified more than local entities promoting projects of social entrepreneurship, of organizations and institutions associated with the Third Sector and social entrepreneurs in general. The outcome of this process is a functional database with many search fields. -An eespase Website and e-learning platform have been designed, tested, developed and improved by all consortium partners. The Consortium has adapted all the contents within an on-line platform. -Furthermore, an Intranet (Virtual Community Platform) has been developed to facilitate communication between partners and the load of contents. This VCP means an added value over the initial project as it was not previously planned in the application form. -The completion of the trainings lessons including the development of ELEVEN project MODULES, specifically, on extension, common contents, final format, context and indentifying target groups. Each partner has uploaded contents of the modules 4, 6, 7 & 10 according to its national specifications (legal framework, tax system, fundraising, etc.). -Development of training in e-learning platform. - Pilot tests have been undertaken in Greece, Poland and Finland. In addition, those pilot tests meant several meetings and workshops for the presentation of the online tool, where we showed to potential stakeholders (promoters, organizations, researchers, experts, etc.) the e- learning platform with their applications and possibilities. We showed the online tool and explained its features and management. -The consortium developed a common evaluation questionnaire for the tool. -Many Dissemination activities have been undertaken by each country. -Finally the consortium assessed the sustainability of eespase. In short, all the initial aims were successfully achieved and even the consortium enhanced the planned final product. 4 Information sur le projet eespase european Entrepreneurship School Programme as an Answer to Social Information sur le produit: Programme/curriculum Matériel d'apprentissage Site Internet 1.-DEVELOPMENT OF NEW METHODOLOGY: Approach to theoretical - practice based on the adaptation of the training material after the study at European and Local level. 2.-WEB SITE MAP: It was the basis for the development of the WP6, resulting in the creation of the online platform. 3.-SPECIFICATIONS OF DESGIN AND CONTENTS OF THE PLATFORM AND DATABASE DESIGN:A definition of technical specifications and contents of the online training platform is necessary for further development and achievement of the objectives set in the WP6. The design of the structure of the database is important for the project for two reasons. The first because it enables to increase the possibilities of collaboration with experts and beneficiary institutions, that entails a greater dissemination of the project. The second reason is that the database will be a differentiating factor of the web and will be a very useful resource for the user, which will turn eespase into a site of reference in its field. 4.-OBTAINING LOCAL DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR NERTWORKS AND INSTITUTIONS: This result contributed to achieve the objectives through the cooperation with the teams responsible for WP 3 & WP 5 in the definition of design specifications of the databases mentioned for its programming in an enviroment compatible with a further web development. Likewise this product helped in the design of a user interface for loading of information on-line and loading the selected contents in the database. Also this result involved the validation of the contents for final product in WP 6. In short the contribution of this local documentation/information by Greece, Poland and Finland facilitated the dissemination of eespase project in the local media during the final phases of the project and thereafter. 5.-DEVELOPMENT OF DATABASES: INYPSA (P0) developed a Business Inteligence Aplication based on the technical specifications and structure provided by WP3 & WP4. Therefore the development of theses databases involved information needs analysis for every database and type of user. We must emphasize as well that this product implied several stages: build, develop, build and baseline maintenance in order to guarantee quality and service of perfomance of the development final application. The final product strengthens cooperation between beneficiary organizations and experts of the countries of the Consortium. In addition these databases enhance the dissemination of the final eespase project. It means a very useful tool (resource) to support transfer of the final product to others institutions or experts in order to increase social cohesion and social insertion in he labour market of several European countries. These database, website and platform aim to be a benchmark of quality providing support and answers to social exclusion. 6.-DEVELOPMENT OF WEB AND E-LEARNING PLATFORM FOR TRAINERS: INYPSA built a web and e-learning platform for eespase project, integrating the contributions and complete work performed by all the partners at Work Packages

Access to three products: 1) intranet: (internal communication tool), training lessons uploaded, modules by each partner, tools, materials, links, etc. 2) website: (including the intranet (VCP) and e-learning platform) 3) e-learning platform: Access through the website. This product includes all national versions (English, Greek, Finnish and Polish)adapted from the eespase Program. 7.-LOAD OF CONTENTS TO WEBSITE/e-LEARNING PLATFORM:After database development and platform construction, INYPSA proceeded to data content charge and operation tests of the e-learning environment. Data content charge required completion, as well, of Work Package 4, where associated partners delivered local data tables of: a) Local experts and SE related institutions. b) Beneficiary organizations for SE School methodologies transfer. c) Country-specific contents for SE School materials (fiscal, accounting, legal frameworks). Find enclosed the national versions (Greek, Polish and Finnish) of eespase program. In short, load of contents is not only an integration effort into the developed systems, but as well, a final project management task involving the results of effective project supervision, monitoring and administration. It serves as well as a indicator of consortium effectiveness and partner involvement towards the project s goals. This result was essential for the management of the online tools. 8.- PRESENTATION OF THE FINAL e-learning PLATFORM: This presentation is a short summary for partners of the Consortium. 9.-GUIDE FOR elearning PLATFORM MANAGEMENT: INYPSA has developed this practical guide. This product is a useful guide for managing the web/e-learning platform. Therefore, this document will enable national managers to easier drive the eespase tool ( The product aims to facilitate the following activities: -Manage national courses and categories. -Manage new users. -Enroll users. This result will enhance the use and dissemination of eespase tools. 10.-INTRODUCTION OF THE eespase PROGRAM: This product provides an explanation of each course module. This one means a useful tool for teachers, trainers and national managers. The document will facilitate undertaking training courses. 11.-TESTING ACTIVITIES AND EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE:The main activity of this product is to co-ordinate the implementation meetings. The consortium held 3 pilot test and developed a common evaluation questionnaire to evaluate the final product. The main result was to undertake 3 workshops (in Greece, Finland and Poland) where the tool was tested. 12.-MODEL "LETTER OF PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO CONTACTS": This 5

This product contributes to add to the largest possible number of end-users, such as universities, researcher centers, experts, social entrepreneurs, training centers, NGOs, etc. Dissemination activities are essential to enhance the final product throughout Europe. Therefore, this model is a useful presentation to spread by mailing or via REPORT: NETWORK-BUILDING AND EXPLOTATION OF SERVICES FROM eespase PROJECT: One of the goals of the consortium is to maintain the sustainability of eespase beyond the period of the project. This report provides a deep analysis for a effective explotation of results and sustainability. 14.-PRESENTATION OF THE GENERAL REVIEW OF THE PROJECT: This result is a means of quality control for the final product. All partners were reviewing point by point the work done during these two years according to the initial working plan. This document was the basis to analyze all the WPs and the final results. This report was presented during the fifth transnational meeting held in Larissa. 15.-PUBLICATION: "THIRD SECTOR" THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL APPROACH: This book will be a useful tool for organizations supporting social entrepreneurship. Therefore, this publication will enable researches & trainers to obtain additional knowledge related to the project.
