5 JUST THE QUICK FACTS Memphis has dropped 12-straight games on the road dating back to Jan. 2, the club s longest road slump since a 15-game road losing streak from Nov. 27, 2000 Feb. 5, 2001 in the Grizzlies final season in Vancouver. The Grizzlies have dropped a season-high six-straight games (Feb ) for the third time this season, including losing streaks from Dec and another from Jan. 28 Feb. 9 The club has not lost seven-in-a-row since Nov. 4-18, Since Dec. 2006, the Grizzlies have lost six-straight games on six separate occasions (including the current streak) but have won the seventh game each time in high-scoring fashion, scoring over 100 points each time. Memphis has lost 12 of its last 13 games, with the losses coming by an average margin of 14.0 points The lone win came at home against Sacramento (107-94) on Feb. 12. The Grizzlies have not defeated a team with a winning record since knocking off San Antonio on Dec. 19, Memphis, currently 1-10 in the month of February, is looking to avoid setting a franchise-low February record with a win tonight The team went 1-9 in the season. Rudy Gay is averaging 20.3 points this season and is now on pace to become the third Grizzly in franchise history to average 20 or more in a single season.
