15 Marist Abroad Program Travel all over the world! Last year, students traveled to approximately 70 different destinations, including: Africa and the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific, Caribbean, Europe and South America. Study abroad for a semester, a year or short-term. Short-term opportunities occur during winter intersession, spring break, and spring attachment. Sophomores, juniors and seniors can participate in all study abroad programs; freshmen may go on short-term trips, pending approval from Program Director. Cost: The cost of studying abroad is roughly equivalent to studying at Marist. Tuition and housing are similar. Extras will differ (flight, travel, shopping, etc.) INTERNSHIPS: Last year, Marist students participated in over 80 student internships in England, Spain, Australia, Ireland and Italy.
