7 Bright Futures Scholarship Cont When to Apply Seniors with a 2.75 GPA will be able to apply. Counselors will assist seniors in December by applying for scholarship at Lake Brantley in computer lab. Seniors will apply online and will be sent a password so they can update account information: Ensure college is updated in Spring so funding is sent to the correct school. Bright Futures sends funding directly to the school of record s financial aid office. Seniors will be notified in Spring as to what scholarship they may receive. Final notification will be sent to students in June/July. Seniors can check current Bright Futures Eligibility now online. Bright Futures Scholarship Eligibility Evaluation
