The upgrade will ease the burden f management, increase wrker efficiency, and develp emplyee mrale. The utdated and disrderly prcedure fr prcessing time-ff requests and psting the schedule has resulted in cnfusin and lst time. In the past year, the LCCC has made a number changes aimed at enriching the experiences f its members attracting new nes. In respnse, a yunger, technically savvy wrkfrce has been assembled t meet the needs f the evlving club. It s time t give ur new wrkfrce the necessary tls t thrive as LCCC partners, which will ultimately result in a greater experience fr ur members.

SCHEDULING OVERVIEW As sme f ur staff are "n call" r scheduled based n pen shifts that are upcming fr events, we had always fund it time cnsuming and difficult t keep n tp f wh was apprved fr a shift, and if they were actually ging t shw up. Nt t mentin the time cnsuming part f crib sheets and attendance which everyne deals with. PREVIOUS SCHEDULING METHOD Ggle Calendar w/ Excel and . Nt very effective and wuld take 2-3 hurs a week t keep n tp f! SINCE SHIFTPLANNING 2-3 hurs dwn t 10 minutes. Yu d the math! N excuses abut emplyees claiming they were nt scheduled fr a shift.
