5 Property Location The property is located in the Larder Lake Mining Division approximately 3.5 kilometers north of the town of Kirkland Lake. The claims straddle the Teck-Bernhardt township boundary from the two to three mile mark and extend into each township about eight hundred meters. The property lays among the many anns of Amikougami Lake which gives good boat access to much of the property. This area is in the Kirkland Lake Resident Geologists District and can be found on NTS 421 A 1 with the geographic center of the claim group being at approximately 80 04' W and 48 11' N. Access Heading north from Kirkland Lake on Goodfish Road for 6 kilometers will bring you to a gravel road. Continuing north on this road for 5 kilometers brings you to a logging road which heads west. Following this for 6 kilometers will bring you to Lancaster Lake where a boat can be, launched. Heading south by water for 1.5 kilometers will bring you to the northern border of the group. Claims This property consists of six contiguous staked mining claims totaling 20 claim units, recorded. n Plan G-3917 of Teck Twp. and Plan G-3207 of Bernhardt Twp. The claim numbers are as follows: CL# units, CL# unit, unit, CL# units, CL# units, and CL# units. Geology This area is in the southern Kinojevis Assemblage of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The rocks are predominantly grayish green to dark green pillowed and flow tholeiitic basalts. The Blake River Group, a series of mostly calc-alkaline rocks in an east striking synclinal trough are mapped as occurring about five kilometers north of the property. There are many strike and cross faults as indicated on ODM map Several gabbroic or dioritic mafic intrusives are mapped as occurring in the area and on the claims. The Winnie Lake Stock, a four kilometer wide, somewhat circular granitic intrusive occurs approximately three kilometers due west of the claim area. Several old base metal showings have been worked around this intrusion. The Kirkland Lake Main Break, a world class, prolific gold bearing splay of the Larder Cadillac Deformation Zone, with an average strike of about 065 is located less than four kilometers south Qfthis claim group. t is hosted within structurally deformed altered and intruded fluvial sediments of the Temiskaming Group. A new structural trend recently discovered at Macassa Mine, on which currently is being developed an ore body (D Zone) should cut through the claim group if it ~ersists along strike. Most of the gold mined appears to be structurally controlled, intrusion ~lated, hydrothermally focused vein type deposits. 3

9 Previous Work Considering the proximity to the historic Kirkland Lake gold camp, undoubtably many individuals prospected this area during the many boom eras of mining and exploration in the region. n spite of this, there is very little submitted or reported exploration work on the area. Numerous old pits and trenches on the claims would indicate some prospecting activity but no records of these workings can be found in the resident geologist files. No ground based geophysics on any of the group other than the recently staked far west claim block has been submitted prior to the authors activities in the area. Present Work During the summer of 2006, two short drill holes with Va" core were completed with a "Pack Sack" type core drill in an attrmpt to cross a magnetometer survey inferred fault feature. Results/Conclusions The rock encountered in both drill holes was relatively fresh medium green to grey flow basalt or andesite.unfortunately, both holes broke out of bedrock, back into till material before encountering any indication of faulting or strain in the rock. Both holes exited bedrock into an burried overburden trough or crack. Another drill hole located further from the trough, aimed to undercut and stay in bedrock with the larger "X-Ray" drill, is planned in order to intercept the intended target. No samples submitted for assay. 7
