2 Welcome to the 2010 National Conference! We have worked very hard to put together a schedule for our event that offers something for everyone. From a full day of HUD Sessions, informative case studies and vendor sessions, to a spectacular special event. This conference stands to be one of our best. We are very appreciative that you were able to attend our event this year, and look forward to seeing you again at future events. 10 OATHA BUSINESS MEETING AND AWARDS This year we will be presenting our awards at the Business Meeting on Monday afternoon. Awards will be presented in three categories as outlined below. The Board of Directors encourages all to attend this important meeting to discuss the future of our group, and to support and congratulate our award winners. Presidents Award Vendor Purpose: To recognize ongoing support of OATHA as well as outstanding innovation and achievement in housing and community development technologies. Presidents Award Member Purpose: To recognize ongoing work within in our group, as well as outstanding innovation and achievement in housing and community development technologies implementations. Harvey Cook Memorial Award This award was established in 2010 in honor of Harvey Cook to provide a living acknowledgement for the standard of excellence he established for OATHA and in the field of housing and community development. Purpose: OATHA's highest and most prestigious award was developed to honor an exceptionally qualified person who has made outstanding contributions to OATHA and to the missions of our group, through service in the field of housing or community development. Awards will be made on the basis of extraordinary effort, accomplishments and contributions.
