Time Attendance Fully integrated with the Personnel and Payroll modules, this module tracks the employee s time attendance based on various shifts and attendance groups. It also offers facility to issue Permissions (absence, overtime). Time Sheet Different time sheets can be configured in the system (daily, weekly, biweekly, etc ). Employees can be assigned to different projects (cost centers) based on a pre-defined time table and role. Time sheets can be forwarded for approval and viewed when needed. Performance Evaluation Managers are empowered to define their departments evaluation factors, types, scores and weights. The system allows for Auto-generation of evaluations forms (On demand, regular) as well as Multiple Evaluators and registering of employees grievances.
