Wilson JHS Gymnasium & Recreation/Community Center Kent Hems A 16,000 square foot joint-use gymnasium and community HMC Architecture center providing seating for 900 people. Designed locker and shower rooms. Mechanical design included the use of 619 Paulin Avenue, Energy Recovery Ventilators which allow the HVAC system to Ste 106 meet required ventilation rates while reducing energy costs and controlling humidity levels. Saint Augustine High School Joe Martinez Designe was two classroom buildings and a new partially below grade Martinez + Cutri Corporation parking structure. Building 1 was three stories and 22,000 sq. ft, 750 B Street, Suite 1700 Building 2 was two stories and 18,000 sq.ft. Design services San Diego, CA included mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and temperature controls. Complete science classroom building design with acid waste control. San Ysido High School (HS #12) Sweetwater Union HSD 1130 Fifth Avenue square feet. Design services included mechanical, plumbing, fire Chula Vista, CA La Presa Middle School Central Plant John Brooks Performed central plant design with chilled water and heating La Mesa-Spring Valley SD water flow balance. Design of chilled water primary loop system and 3838 Conrad Drive secondary piping loop systems. Provided new pump designs Spring Valley, CA with flow control for primary and secondary loop systems. Each classroom was zone with its own HVAC system.
