1 IX International Meeting of Psychology s Students Sharing dreams to transform realities Havana, Cuba, October 24 th to 28 th, 2016

2 Official Announcement The School of Psychology of Havana University invites all the undergraduate students and professional psychologists to participate in the IX International Meeting of Psychology Students, which will take place from October 24 th to 28 th, 2016 in Havana, Cuba. This event has been taking place since the year 2000 and we ve had more than four hundred participants from different countries in each edition. In this ninth edition, we will like to create an opportunity to exchange our projects, as well as the result of our professional research. With this aim, we propose to carry out different scientific and recreational activities in addition to guided tours through different institutions. We are looking forward to your presence as well as your personal points of view so we can share among all of us our experiences and professional achievements. We are inviting you all to build a bridge to Havana City and together share dreams that would allowed us to transform our realities.

4 Papers You can participate as a listener or you can present the results of a research in one of the following categories: Category Time limit # Presenters Paper 15 min 1 Presenter Posters -- 1 Presenter Workshop 90 min 2 coordinators maximum Colloquim 60 min 4 presenters maximum The report must take into account the following requirements: Send us the abstract of your report to our web site our . It must not exceed the 250 words. Abstract s deadline: June 20th, 2016 The report must not exceed the 20 pages In each report must include: title, author(s), speaker(s), institution, address and country Report s deadline: September 22nd,2016 A Scientific Committee will evaluate all submissions. Authors will be informed of the Committee s decision within three weeks.

5 Fees The registration fees are: Foreign student (not presenting): Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC) Foreign student (presenter): Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC) Foreign professionals: Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC) Fees must be paid on Monday, October 24th, during the event s registration. The fees cover: Participation in every activity included in the program. Lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday An official Certificate of Participation.
