OTHER WORK EXPERIENCE Consultancies / Expertise activities: May-October 2011: World Bank, Pool, Republic of Congo Situational analysis of the reintegration of ex-combatants. Evaluation of the World-Bank funded PNDDR Reintegration program. Data analysis of a 1,600 cases database, complemented by a period of fieldwork (1 month) and qualitative analysis. June 2008 to Jan. 2010: Interagency Network for Education in Emergencies Technical expert for the INEE Teaching and Learning Initiative. Providing of sound feedback to the development of the INEE Guidance Notes on Teaching and Learning. The guide was developed by a lead INEE consultant during a 2-year consultative process. It focuses on numeracy, literacy and life skills curriculum assessment, development of teaching methodologies, monitoring and evaluation. Dec to Sept. 2009: The International Rescue Committee, Abidjan, Côte d Ivoire Writing of a booklet and article highlighting reintegration approaches used to support children and youth formerly enrolled in armed groups. The basic idea of the session was to takes the 'survival' of some kind of public system as starting point instead of their collapse, and the panelists explored the forms this survival took in several contexts, its adaptive strategies, and the place of humanitarian interventions in relation to these systems.
