2 Background Company History Established in 1994, Mr. Electric is a global franchise organisation providing electrical installation and repair services. Recognized by Entrepreneur magazine among its Franchise 500, Mr. Electric franchisees provide these services to both residential and commercial customers at almost 200 locations worldwide. Mr. Electric is a subsidiary of The Dwyer Group, Inc., family of service franchises. The rights from The Dwyer Group were purchased in 2015 to trade as Mr. Electric. However, this name was soon changed to Titan Electric as the name Mr. Electric was already registered to another entity.
3 Background What we do Titan Electric is an electrical contracting franchise which will service the residential and commercial markets, by offering repairs, upgrades and installations, while delivering high customer satisfaction by getting the job done right the first time. Our courteous technicians respect the home and family of their customers by providing an attention to detail that ensures quality and safe work. No matter what the electrical contracting service their customers need, Titan Electric has the power to make things better!
4 Vision statement Strategies and Values Providing the largest formalised business structure for the electrical service industry that can be implemented into Africa. Mission statement To commit ourselves to the selection, development and support of Titan Electric franchise owners and their personnel to provide their customers with superior, world-class electrical service. By providing modern operations, processes and business systems that can easily be replicated, we empower hardworking entrepreneurs to achieve their financial and personal goals.
5 Strategies and Values Values We believe in treating our customers with respect and providing high customer satisfaction. We integrate our live R.I.C.H values into all aspects of our business functions. These R.I.C.H values are: Respect treating others as we would like to be treated listening with the intent to understand what is being said and acknowledging that what is said is important to the speaker responding in a timely fashion speaking calmly and respectfully, without profanity or sarcasm conveyed in a malicious manner acknowledging everyone as right from their own perspective
6 Strategies and Values Integrity... making only agreements we are willing, able and intend to keep communicating any potentially broken agreements at the first appropriate opportunity to all parties concerned looking to the system for correction and proposing all possible solutions if something is not working operating in a responsible, transparent and ethical manner communicating honestly and with purpose asking clarifying questions if we disagree or do not understand never saying anything about anyone that we would not say to him or her Customer Focus continuously striving to maximise internal and external customer loyalty making our best effort to understand and appreciate the customer s needs in every situation making informed decisions and taking action HAVING FUN IN THE PROCESS!
