1 e-subscription e-subscription is a module that let customer subscribe and unsubscribe for notification on booking confirmation, BL ready for proof reading and printing, event status update, vessel schedule update and reporting. How to use e-subscription. The subscription is divided into below categories:. Documentation To set the default setting on whether to receive an notification when customer booking request submitted via our website is confirmed. Page /
2 When Subscribe button is selected, an notification will be sent to the customer when their booking request is confirmed. When customer register an user id with us, this subscribe button is automatically set. Customer can choose not to receive the notification when their booking request is confirmed, by selecting the unsubscribe button. Additional address can be added to receive the notification by Clicking on the + sign and add the address in the Recipients list. To remove the address from receiving the notification, place the cursor on the address and click on the sign. Click on the Save button to save the setting. * Note: When submitting the booking request, customer is able to change this default setting of subscription (subscribe or unsubscribe) at the booking request screen. 3 . Vessel This is the default subscription setting for notification related to Vessel event. The events that trigger the notification are vessel departure, vessel delay or advance and booking roll vessel (including T/S vessel). Choose the subscribe button for receiving notification of the respective events. Choose the unsubscribe button for not receiving the notification of the respective events. Page /
4 History log show the sent for the Rollover vessel Event. The log will be kept for 0 days after the is sent. Click on the Save button to save the setting. *Note: When submitting the booking request, customer is able to change this default setting of subscription (subscribe or unsubscribe) at the booking request screen. 5 . Report Customer can create customized report at My Report function and subscribe the recipient to receive the report by in this function. 5 Report created from My Report (refer to My Report user manual). When Subscribe button is selected, the reports with Service as Y (ticked) will be sent to its subscribed recipient. Page 5 /
6 The information in columns Service, Searching Period, Sending Cycle, Date are retrieved from the My Report specification. They can also be changed in this screen. Click on the report that you want to modify to make the changes. When Service is N (unticked), it denote that the report will not be sent to its recipient. Click on icon to pop up below screen to enter the report recipients. In above screen, click on + sign to add more address or - sign to delete the address. Click on the Save button save the entry. 5 When Unsubscribe button is selected, all the listed reports will not be sent. Click on the Save button to save the setting. It displayed the date of the report last sent to the recipients. Page /
7 . Schedule Customer can edit the mailing service detail for the registered routes in My schedule. 5 Page /
8 Click on Subscribe to send schedule to recipient. This is the schedule registered in My Schedule. Click on the schedule that you want to change the column Service, Sending Cycle(Week) and recipient list. When Service of a schedule is N (unticked), that schedule will not be sent to the recipients. Click on icon to pop up below screen to enter the schedule recipients. In above screen, click on + sign to add more address or - sign to delete the address. Click on the Save button to save the entry. 5 Click on the Save button to save the Point to Point schedule service setting. Click on the Save button to save the Long Range Schedule service setting. When Unsubscribe button is selected, all the listed schedule will not be sent. It displayed the date of the schedule last sent to the recipients. Page 8 /
9 5. Visibility Users can edit the mailing service detail for the various visibility service notification and report. Click on the Service that you want to change the Service and Recipient. When Service is N (unticked), the notification or report will not be sent to the recipients. Click on icon to add recipients of the notification and reports. Click on the Save button to save the entries. Page 9 /
10 . Bill This section is for customer to subscribe or unsubscribe notification when Bill of Lading is ready for proof reading and printing. Customer can also select by the city or country of Place of delivery to receive the notification. Subscribe or unsubscribe notification to customer when BL is ready for proof reading on our website. Subscribe or unsubscribe notification to customer when BL is ready for Printing on our website. Subscribe or unsubscribe BL PDF attachment in the notification of Sea Waybill. Page 0 /
11 Below portion of the screen is to specify the city or country of Place of delivery in the BL which customer would like to receive the notification Enter the Place of Delivery which customer would like to receive the notification and click on the Add button. Select the countries of Place of Delivery which customer would like to receive the notification and click on the Add button. List of cities or countries of Place of Delivery which customer has selected to receive the notification. Page /
