1 PRISM Spring 2016 Release Notes This document will detail the New features, enhancements and Bug fixes for the Spring 2016 Prism release. New Features Acquisition Module: Acquisition Module Added to PRISM Acquisition Procurements Listing. Bookmarked, New, Need Evaluation, Need Goals Acquisition Goal Settings Tool Acquisition Evaluation Tool Acquisition Configuration Tool: Notifications and Date Ranges Labor Management. Single Craft Selections Labor Classifications. General Decision Number is added to Classifications Contract Importer. Prime Award Amount can be imported for contracts with Multiple Primes Importer. Vendor Import Log Messages are displayed with a web link to PRISM Import knowledgebase with a detailed description of each error Workforce Vendor Access. Vendors are able to print Contract Workforce Summary report Host user is able to manage Labor Classification from Web Site in addition to the importers Host user is able to Decommission and Recommission a Jurisdiction Upgrading PRISM to 64-bit application Enhancements Labor Management: Allow monitor users with security action to edit Custom classifications. Vendor Registration Application: Add "Country" dropdown to address section Vendor/Certification Management - Add Address: Support wider range of countries Import - Wage Decisions: Change assigned to Contract/Employee info log message. Labor Management - Reports: Add "Address" column to "Labor Summary Ad-Hoc" report. General: Change Zip code validation in both UI and Import to allow Canadian format Support Ticket ID [YBQ ] [SNK ] [DSR ]

2 Certification Management: Certification Expiration Notification Check if the Application Specialist is still set in Configuration [HCO ] Fixed Defects Certification Correspondence - Letter Template: if vendor have several certification applications, each of them will be repeated several times (equal to number of applications) Configure Prism: Contract Management: Do not let deleting Goal Type which assigned to Certificate Type. Configure Prism: Contract Management - Delete Goal Types: Cannot delete goal type if it has related certificate type (no other relations outside configuration) Contract Compliance - Reports - Executive: Participation Summary AdHoc Report crashes if custom field has the same name as predefined field used in the report Certification Management reports work incorrect. Directory monitor - Import: Files are not processed in the sub folders of the root folder. Audit Not Automatically Executed upon Payroll Certification Concessions Management: Agreement Info - Update: Failure when saving with specific fields being empty. Year=0 should be removed from Classification Filters Bookmarked Contracts Shows Incorrect Total Payments to Primes Labor Management - Payroll Wizard: Default values are not displayed on "Deductions Information" for the first Payroll. Labor Management - Payroll Wizard: "Cash" is not included in OR1 and OR2 for Total Project Pay calculation Log in: "Last log in" information is missing from "Welcome..." section. Contract Management - Create Contract: CO(s), Complaints and Custom fields sections are displayed on Confirm tab. Import: Log for Custom Fields Vendor, Contract, Payments importers do not show valid messages when ACTION tag is missing. Import - Contracts: Primes Import crashes if Contract was manually created with a lower case in Contract Number. Contract Management: Contract Wizard - Send Correspondence: Page crashes when "Compose letter(s)..." option is selected. Users cannot login - PRISM Database is temporary unavailable Vendor user Import - Employees: No validation for Vendor user importing for other Vendors. 3 Labor/Workforce Management - Add Employee: "Adding Employee Profile" breadcrumb appears after closing employee form. Import - Vendor Address: Duplicates are not filtered when imported in the system Compliance Management - Participation Summary Ad-Hoc: Very slow response time Compliance Management - Subcontractor invoice report: Response time is really slow. Need Logon Help: Password Rest Countdown is displayed in minutes and navigation requires improvement. Import - Payrolls: "Enforce Classification Assignments" is not applied. Compliance Management: Prime Payments: Add validation to not allow more than one Prime Payment with the same reference. Contract Management - Contract Wizard: Sub contractor and it's payments are missing in Prism Compliance Management - Simple Search: Sub Payment is not found by "Prime Payment Date". Compliance Management - Subcontractor declined payment Tags are not replaced by values when declined from Contract Management: Contract Wizard: Sub(s): Net commitment % is not displayed unless "Involvement" is selected Crash in Contract API GetContract function Labor Management - Manage Payrolls: "Final" is not determined by latest payroll version and validation message is not displayed Import - WD: 'GD_Number' and 'WD_Number' have incorrect max length and required field validations. Labor/Compliance Management: Clicking on "Assign" classification to employee does not select it automatically in "Select Employee". Configure Prism: "Assign Classifications" security action should enable/disable Assigning functionality. Labor Management: Manage Contract Classifications: Page crashes when user tries to add Custom Classification. Wage Decision and Classification info popup: Incorrect value is displayed in "Description" and "Wage Decision #" fields. Concessions Management: Agreement Wizard: Unexpected failure when Adding Sub with "0%" Goal with Overall Goal = "null". Configure Prism: Security actions: "Add New Vendor" security action is not applied to "Quick Add Vendor" Vendor Registration: Profile is marked as Completed if user navigates between first and second pages Compliance Management: Concession Compliance - "49 CFR Part 23..." report: Add years up to 2020 to "Report FY" dropdown [SCN ; HVZ , XPA ] [LYB ,TWZ ,BIA ] [ODL ] [JDF ] [BMS ] [STI , ZRW , MON , RAK ] [XQB ] [LHU ] [VMP ]

4 Labor Compliance: Classifications are not assigned to Employee which is selected by default. Labor Compliance: Classification Assigning: Rename "Delete" to "Unassign" and bring column back for Vendor. Log-in/Logon Assistance: Replace "Cannot find the user" with a standard one. Labor Compliance - Payroll Import: Vendor is unable to import payroll with the same # for a different Contract Contract Management: Sub(s): ORA error when trying to add a Sub Wage Decisions: Remove ones with end date of 6/30/15 Daily Server - "Aspose.Total.lic" file is not automatically copied and unable to start Directory monitor. Labor Management - Add Payroll: Contract Name and Craft are not displayed for new payroll through wizard tabs. Certification Management - Application Wizard: Today's date is displayed for "Application Started" / "Application Submitted" if it has no value Vendor Management - Print Vendor profile: Various Prints, Downloads and Reports crash. Labor Management - Import Payroll/Employees: User is redirected to incorrect URL after confirming import. Import - General: Log files are summed up if the file with the same name is re-imported. Workforce Management: Workforce Wizard: "Use labor hours if exist" is enabled for accepted and locked report. Workforce Management - Workforce Report: Review page crashes for subs lower than 1st tier Subs Import - Vendor Profiles: Exceeding "Doing business as" max char leads to db error. Home page - Need Logon Help: Page crash when clicking on "Need Logon Help" link. Vendor Plugin: Compliance Management: No "Confirm" payment link in prime contractor payments grid for N-tier sub Workforce Management - WF Reports: "Period" is not displayed Daily server: User log in: "Terms of Usage" is displayed on each log in. Contract Management - Add Prime: Saving prime contractor leads to page crash. Vendor/Public Access - Filtered Search: "Inactive" and "Not Accepted" vendors are not omitted from search results Labor Management - Manage Classifications: Show current classification or the latest one. Contractor Users: Make users not deleted and enabled if they have valid records in User_Jurisdiction table.
