Our advanced call routing software allows flexibility and innovation in dialplan logic that would never have been possible. 6 Part of any good disaster recovery plan In the event of natural disaster, power outage, or loss of access to physical premises a traditional PBX system will fail. Neural s PBX as a Service solution is site-redundant, and call routing occurs in our datacentre locations not at your office site. This means that if your office is unavailable or even destroyed, your PBX can be seamlessly cut over to an alternative site, or your phone numbers directed to alternative landline or mobile numbers. Always running, always available The diagram below shows a rough layout of Neural s voice infrastructure. It is through this multihomed redundant network that we can guarantee 99.9% uptime. Resource duplication is employed at both our Brisbane and Spring Hill sites ensuring the highest possible availability, while at the same time each site can operate completely independently of the other. This rate is billed in perminute increments. Porting From Telstra or Optus Numbers can be ported from existing Telstra or Optus analogue or ISDN/digital installations.
