2 NFL/PT/P&A/ National Fertilizers Limited, Panipat Unit P&A Department Dated Applications are invited from experienced and reputed competent parties for prequalification for a period of three years in NFL for execution of following Jobs in Pers. & Admn. Department. Existing enlisted parties are also required to apply for pre-qualification: UPKEEP & MAINTENANCE OF NFL TOWNSHIP, CISF COLONY, ADMN. BLDG. & OUTER AREAS ON ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT BASIS. Eligibility Criteria for pre-qualification is as per Annexure-A. The intending parties may submit the following information/documents along with their application: a) Name of the firm with full postal address, Phone No. and Fax No. etc. b) Firm constitution i.e. Proprietary/ Partnership/ Private/ Limited/Public Ltd./ Registered Cooperative Society, along with partnership deed or memorandum of Articles of Association or By-laws of the Soceity c) Firm's organisation structure along with Bio-data of key personnel. d) PAN Number e) Details of deposits, bank limits, latest solvency certificate etc in the format of Annexure-II f) Provident Fund's Registration Number. g) Service Tax Number, Sales Tax, CST No. Labour Licence No. h) ESI Code Number i) Details of works executed in the last seven years with copies of agreements, work orders/completion certificates, performance certificates and turn over for last three years etc. j) Details of machines/equipments etc owned by the firm. k) Any additional information in support of contractor's credentials. Applications shall be submitted along with the aforesaid documents/information to the office of Chief Manager (P&A)on or before upto 3.00 PM. If the tender document is downloaded from the website, requisite fee of Rs.113/- may be in the form of Demand Draft in favour of National Fertilizers Ltd. payable at Panipat. The empanelment of contractors shall be at entire discretion of NFL, based on an objective evaluation and financial competence and resourcefulness of the contractors. 3 Annexure "A" UPKEEP & MAINTENANCE OF NFL TOWNSHIP, CISF COLONY, ADMN. BLDG. & OUTER AREAS ON ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT BASIS. Eligibility Criteria for pre-qualification:- The parties with following eligibility criteria would be eligible to enlisment : i) Average Annual Financial Turn Over during the last three years ending 31 st March of the previous year should be at least 3.84 lacs. ii) ii) Experience of having successfully completed similar work during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following : a) Three similar completed contracts costing not less than the amount Rs.5.13 lacs (each contract); or b) Two similar contracts costing not less than Rs.6.41 lacs (each contract); or c) One similar contract costing not less than Rs lacs. Note: Similar contract means up-keep & maintenance jobs in public buildings/ offices/townships/colony of various Govt./ Public/ Private/PSU Organizations etc.

(An Affidavit on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 10/, verified by notary public, to be provided as per Annexure-VIII). 15 A list of those persons who are working with the applicant in any capacity and who are near relatives to any of the employees of the owner (NFL) or in the Ministry/Department should be submitted (Names are to be intimated if employment given to such persons in later date.) 16 Application shall be submitted along with documents/information and application fee in the form of Demand Draft of Rs 113/- being nonrefundable in favour of M/s National Fertilizers Limited, payable at Panipat and must reach the office of Chief Manager (P&A)on or before. For every pre qualification, the application fee will be separate. 17 Declaration by the Applicant: All the information filled herein and attached hereto are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I/We declare that in the event of finding them false, the enlistment, if made, will stand cancelled without any notice or reference thereto. It is further certified that I/we will not get myself/ourselves registered under more than one name. Note:- 1.
