2 REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor s degree from an accredited university 2. CNA Certified Nursing Assistant license in state of residence. If CNA certificate is not acquired by the application deadline, please submit proof of enrollment in a CNA course entitling you to take the state certification test prior to March 31, (The CNA course must have a clinical component.) 3. 3 TEAS V INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) V is an admissions test designed for pre-nursing students. Applicants must score a minimum of the national average at the time of testing to be eligible to apply for admission. For information, please go to: Register for the TEAS V Assessment at PSI.
