1 Chief Peguis Fall Fundraisers Chief Peguis Junior High is offering 4 fundraisers to help support various programs within the school. 2 FundRAISE a Reader! The Chief Peguis Parent Advisory Council is proud to be hosting the first ever Chapter s Fundraiser! On Monday, November 23 rd, 2015, all purchases made between 7pm and 9pm at Chapters Polo Park will mean cash for our school! With the holiday season approaching, this will be a great chance to stock up on books, buy some gifts and support our school at the same time! What do you need to do? All you need to do is plan to do your holiday shopping on Monday, November 23rd at Chapters Polo Park. Representatives from Chief Peguis will be there to sign you in, and you shop as you normally would. When you check out, the Chapters staff will ring through your purchase under a special code, and the school will receive up to 20% profit! What s included: Bargain books, regular books, gifts, magazines, video and stationary. What s not included: Electronics of any kind, gift cards. Discount cards cannot be used on this night. The Gourmet Cookie Dough Fundraiser offers 5 great cookie options, 1 brownie option and 2 cupcake options. The entire product is 100% peanut and tree nut free. All of them are simple to prepare and give the made from scratch taste. They have a very long shelf life and are made with only quality ingredients. Each cookie dough sells for $17 and is guaranteed nut-free. The cookie dough is easy to sell and Chief Peguis will again receive 50% of the total sales. Start thinking of people you know that would be willing to support your child and the school by buying cookie dough. can be a great way to get the word out to friends and family. This school wide fundraiser will support student activities including special events, guest presenters, technology and athletic equipment. 5 CHIEF PEGUIS JUNIOR HIGH Sobeys Gift Card Fundraiser We are participating in the Sobeys Gift Card Fundraiser being organized by the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and Band Parents Association (CPMAA). Believe it or not, this fundraising program does not cost you or the school anything, and the potential benefits are amazing! HERE IS HOW IT WORKS: Parents, friends and family members order gift cards in denominations of $25.00, $50.00 or $ by completing the attached form and pay you directly (cash or cheque). Students will then submit one cheque for the total amount with the order form to their homeroom teachers by Friday, November 6, We can generate up to 8% commission from the gift cards that are purchased! Parents/Guardians will pick up (and sign for) all gift cards on Thursday, November 26th, 2015 from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the school during student led conferences, and then distribute the cards to people who placed orders with them. Customers can use the gift cards any time in any Sobeys. This has the potential to be a fabulous fundraiser for our students! If you have any questions feel free to contact the school.
