We manage our own engineering, production and assembly processes in-house. This guarantees a tight and transparent progression of the building process. 6 SERVICES Webru offers a large number of services that can be used modularly. Designing and turnkey delivering, supplying the drawings, or executing only certain parts of the building process: The client decides on the services that are made use of per project.

7 Designing commercial buildings Webru s draughtsmen use Tekla Structures, a modelling program for constructional engineering. All constructions are designed up to the last detail using this software and are drawn up threedimensionally. The high- quality 3D models made by this software are very reliable and faultless. This ensures an almost error-free exchange between the drawing office and the CNC-driven machines. BIM Webru has years of experience with modelling using the Building Information Model (BIM) i.e. the Tekla models. Collaborating with clients and building partners in a model saves costs, because errors can be discovered in time and can be adjusted if necessary, before even starting the production of a component. In 2011, Webru s draughtsmen have won the Tekla BIM Award Benelux in the segment BIM Contractors Engineers. Project, mounting and more

8 PRODUCING AND ASSEMBLING As soon as a construction is designed and modelled, Tekla Structures generates well-organized lists and clear workshop drawings. Using these lists, steel and other components are purchased from a number of regular suppliers. The good contacts Webru maintains with these suppliers ensure excellent value for money. PRESERVATION As soon as all the steel for a project is ready, it is preserved by either hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, wet painting the steel, or a combination of these using the duplex system. Specialized companies with whom Webru has maintained good contact for years carry out these activities. Our own trucks transport the steel, which guarantees a strict adherence to the schedule. PRODUCTION The workshop drawings are used in producing the steel. The delivered material is cut to size, welded and processed by the professional and highly trained Webru staff.

9 MOUNTING After production and preservation, our professionally trained and well-equipped teams are ready to mount the construction in a safe, quick and professional manner. Appointing a single, permanent project manager to each client ensures an unambiguous and accessible contact, which results in good communication and reliable cooperation. parapets Webru frequently delivers the initial foundation setup for cladding in the form of concrete elements, which can be produced insulated or non-insulated. Doors and frames supplied by Webru have a long lifespan and are maintenance-friendly, colourfast, etc. Fire-resistant Materials Webru supplies commercial premises with fire-resistant materials for optimum and required safety. This could be an additional fire-resistant coat, fire-retardant doors or fire-resistant walls.
