6 The company R&D activity Treelogic s innovative vocation is not only a declaration of principles but also a reality: We count on a consolidated R+D+I area with wide experience in collaborating and coordinating projects at national and international levels. During the last years, we have taken part in R+D+i projects with a global budget higher than 100 million Euros. We have coordinated projects for an amount around 30 million Euros. We have collaborated with more than a hundred institutions and national and international companies. Our research areas cover conversational interfaces, the internet of services, the internet of things, mobility, social robotics, cognitive learning systems, semantic technology and artificial vision. Profits We have reached an electronic banking that integrates retail and corporate services in just one access point and offers a wide variety of new functionalities still unavailable for the majority of Portuguese banks. Electronic banking reliability, use and access have been improved based on customer needs. The entity has been able to expand product and service portfolio while reducing operational costs by cutting down on paper expenses and optimizing processes.
