1 Self- Paced Training Guide: You will need to have access to a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) dashboard before completing the course (if you already have access then you can refer to the link below). If you do not have access to QBOA, please contact us on and we can set this up for you. Once you are signed up to QBOA, you can register for the self- paced training using the following URL - D22DE18EA1836C728CC881F3D EA89A739D81C68772EBE2ADD833E 5A7D69A0D04A C1BBAB4D98FB8421FE7A129&lang=en- us Once on the login page, you will need to Create your own account
2 Once you are in the Create Account screen you will need to complete the information below and click Submit to create the new account. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required but please complete as much information as possible. LOGON INFORMATION - Username* (use your address that you log into your QBOA dashboard). - Password* à will need to also confirm the password. GENERAL: - First name* - Last name* - E- mail* - E- mail format à HTML or Plain Text WORK INFORMATION - Address 1* - Address 2 - City - State/Province - Zip/Postal code - Country* - Main phone* - Alternate phone number WORK INFORMATION - Are you an accountant or bookkeeper?* (options are Accountant, Bookkeeper or Other) - Yes, I currently use QuickBooks Online à tick a box option. Once you select SUBMIT you will be directed to a Log On page where you will need to wait until you receive an that you will need to authenticate. (It can take up to 30 minutes for the to come through).
3 The you will receive to authenticate yourself should look something like the following (Please be mindful that it may appear in your junk mailbox): Once you click on the URL in the it will redirect yourself to a Log On page that you will need to enter your username and password that you created.
4 When you login, it will welcome the partner to the QuickBooks Online Self- Paced Training Portal and have all the modules listed below in a To Do list. When you select START to complete a module and then go back o the home screen, it will no longer have that module available in the To Do list. To have all modules appear, you will need to change the drop down from Assigned Training to All Training. To complete a module, you will need to select Start. Once you select start, it will direct you to the page below (to open the training module and commence they will need to ensure that their pop- ups are unblocked).
5 Once your pop- ups are unblocked it will open a new window which the training video. To see what module resources are available in reach training, click on the following icon pointed in red, which drops down a table of contents.
6 You also have a help option when click on the? which advises you to call support on You are able to Save and Exit the training module at any time and recommence at your convenience. Online Quiz Once you have completed all five training modules, we advise it is best to then complete the quiz (30 multiple choice questions) that are questions asked about each training module. If you pass the quizzes, you can then become a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online. If you fail the quiz, you are unable to have another attempt at that time and will need to contact us and let us know There is no limit on how long the quiz stays open for and will not close. To take the quiz, you will need to click on the link provided on the home screen. Once you have clicked on the link, it will load a new screen where it allows you to Start Course. Once you select Start Course it will require you to create an account in order to access the course (KEEP IN MIND: Remember your password as if you save the quiz and do not complete it but want to complete it another day, you will need to log in with the same password)
