2 2016 LEXUS ENFORM QUICK GUIDE Lexus Enform, our branded connected services, is designed to provide enhanced peace-of-mind, safety, convenience, and infotainment in one comprehensive package. Lexus Enform consists of five products, each of which offers unique ways to enhance the driving experience. This guide is to help you get started using Lexus Enform. 3 LEXUS ENFORM Registration 1 Dealer-Assisted Lexus Enform Registration: Contact your dealership Lexus Technology Specialist for assistance in registering for Lexus Enform products. Customer Self-Registration for Lexus Enform Products: Follow these four steps: Step 1. Register for Lexus Drivers. D R I V E R S is your main online resource for your vehicle ownership needs. Go to Lexus Drivers to initiate and manage your Lexus Enform account. At Lexus Drivers, access Lexus Enform Service Connect information about your vehicle s status and maintenance needs. If you are already registered at use your existing Lexus Drivers account username, password, and vehicle identification number* (VIN) when registering for certain Lexus Enform services. If you are unsure if you are registered or forgot your username or password, follow the online prompts by clicking the forgot username or password link. This will automatically redirect to a new page that asks to search by username or . If no Lexus Drivers account exists, create an account by visiting and click join. The card attached to the left has tips to help you register for and access your Lexus Drivers account. You can also note Lexus Enform activation status on back of card. Upon completing registration you may: Add or verify the VIN* of your vehicle in your Lexus Drivers account. Update your preferred dealer on your LexusDrivers.com account. This will be the dealer who will contact you if you opt-in for Enform Service Connect notifications. Go to the App Store and download the My Lexus and Beyond mobile app for iphone 7 and ipad, 7 which offers many of the same helpful resources as Lexus Drivers. 4 LEXUS ENFORM Registration - Continued Step 2. Register and opt-in for Lexus Enform Products. Registration If you did not complete your Enform registration or if you don t know if you are registered, you can selfregister. Call Lexus Customer Satisfaction at Listen for and select or ask for Lexus Enform products and services. The Enform Response agent will verify if you have been previously enrolled or take necessary steps to complete enrollment. Successful completion of this step will activate Enform Safety Connect and Enform Destinations. You may also opt-in for Enform Service Connect and Enform Remote. Step 3. Activate Lexus Enform Remote 4. Successful registration of the available Lexus Enform Remote mobile app enables you to monitor and control many features in your Lexus using only your compatible smartphone. Download App Log-in with Lexus Drivers credentials Lexus Enform Download Lexus Enform Remote app from Google Play or the App Store. On vehicles with Navigation and using your compatible smartphone, complimentary Lexus Enform App Suite offers access to your favorite mobile applications through your vehicle s center-console display. Download App Log-in or Sign-up Lexus Enform Download Lexus Enform App Suite app from Google Play or the App Store. Log-in if you are already an existing user or click Sign Up to establish a new Lexus Enform App Suite account. Follow the prompts. 5. See disclosures on back cover. 3

6 LEXUS ENFORM 1, 2 Safety Connect Lexus Enform Safety Connect offers you the peace of mind of knowing that assistance will be there when you need it most. Whether you're involved in a collision and unable to call for help, your vehicle is stolen, or there is some other type of emergency, assistance can be sent directly to your vehicle's GPS location. Enhanced Roadside Assistance practically eliminates the need for other roadside assistance organizations. With the added benefit of GPS technology, it makes Lexus' standard roadside service even more convenient. Whether your vehicle has run out of gas, has a flat tire, needs to be towed or requires a jump start, assistance can be sent to your vehicle's location all at the press of the Emergency Assistance Button (SOS). Whether it's a health emergency, a traffic accident or some other urgent situation where help is required, a single press of the Emergency Assistance Button (SOS) will connect you to a 24-hour Safety Connect response center agent. Using your vehicle's GPS technology, the agent will send emergency services to your vehicle's location while offering to stay on the line with you until help arrives. If you ever file a police report stating that your vehicle has been stolen, local authorities can remotely activate its tracking beacon using the vehicle's embedded cellular and GPS technology. This helps them to recover it more quickly and may minimize the amount of damage that can be incurred. Unlike some third-party services, the Stolen Vehicle Location system also works across the United States. In the event that your vehicle's airbags deploy or you're involved in a severe rear-end collision, you'll be automatically connected to a Safety Connect response center agent. After attempting to speak to the occupants, the agent will notify local emergency services of the situation and direct them to your vehicle's location. 4 1, 2. See disclosures on back cover.

7 LEXUS ENFORM 1, 2, 3 Service Connect Our new Lexus Enform Service Connect, available on 2016 models, offers remote access to information about your vehicle s status and maintenance needs. Easily accessed through LexusDrivers.com or the My Lexus and Beyond mobile app, you can get information on everything from your vehicle s fuel level and mileage to maintenance alerts and vehicle health reports. Lexus Enform Service Connect is included with a subscription to Lexus Enform Safety Connect. VEHICLE HEALTH REPORT Your vehicle health report provides important information, as well as monthly reports to you and your dealer for the ultimate in service convenience. Reports are available through or the My Lexus and Beyond mobile app. VEHICLE & MAINTENANCE ALERTS The best care is preventive. Lexus Enform Service Connect provides vehicle and maintenance alerts to you and maintenance alerts to your dealer. It also allows your dealer to contact you when maintenance is required, keeping your vehicle running at its best. MY LEXUS AND BEYOND MOBILE APP Vehicle alerts included in your vehicle health report are just one of the benefits this convenient app provides. Available on your iphone 7 and ipad 7, it s never been easier to receive essential information about your vehicle. Note: After successful enrollment, the vehicle transmits data each time the vehicle is driven for about 15 minutes in an area with good cellular coverage. If a maintenance or vehicle alert occurs after the first 15 minutes, the data will transfer next time the vehicle is driven for about 15 minutes in an area with good cellular coverage. 1, 2, 3, 7. 8 LEXUS ENFORM 1, 2, 4 Remote The available Lexus Enform Remote mobile app can remotely start the engine, lock and unlock doors, check the status of doors and windows as well as your fuel level, and can help find your vehicle s location in a parking lot. And, should you loan your Lexus to another driver, you can receive instant alerts if, for example, a preset speed or mile limit is exceeded. Whether it's a cold morning or hot afternoon, this feature lets you remotely start your vehicle to warm or cool the interior based on the last climate control settings. The engine will run for up to 10 minutes or until any door is opened, the brakes are pressed or the engine is turned off remotely. Not sure if you remembered to lock your vehicle? Now, you can remotely lock and unlock your doors and receive confirmation if the action was successful. And should you unlock your Lexus remotely, the door will automatically relock after 60 seconds if no further action takes place. The days of walking in circles through a parking lot are over. The Vehicle Finder uses the map on your smartphone to guide you to your vehicle's last known parked location. With the touch of a button, you can remotely check the status of your vehicle's doors, windows, moonroof, trunk, and hood. As well as the vehicle's current fuel level, odometer or trip mileage. The system can also notify you with customizable alerts. For added peace of mind when a guest borrows your vehicle, Lexus Enform Remote can send instant alerts if the vehicle is started or exceeds preset limits on speed, curfew, miles driven, engine run time, total elapsed time or distance from a set location. 9 LEXUS ENFORM * 1, 2, 6 Destinations Lexus Enform Destinations offers convenient 24-hour, en-route navigation assistance from a live response center agent who can help you find locations and automatically upload the destinations to your available Navigation System. Planning a trip? You can also search, save and upload destinations from the comfort of your home or office. DESTINATION ASSIST Destination Assist gives you 24-hour access to a live response center agent to help you locate a specific business, address or point of interest. If you're searching for a restaurant, the agent can help you narrow your choices by distance or type of cuisine and wirelessly send the destination to your vehicle's Navigation System. edestination Using a tool on edestination offers the convenience of planning trips from your home or office. After downloading the app on your compatible smartphone, you can search local listings, stream music, place restaurant reservations and buy movie tickets all from the center-console display. PANDORA IHEARTRADIO SLACKER Using the names of artists or songs you love, create and listen to personalized music stations or playlists. There is always something to listen to with iheartradio. With access to more than 1,700 local radio stations from across the country and exclusive artist content, you won t know what to listen to first. In addition to enjoying more than 300 professionally-curated stations of the world s best music, talk and entertainment, you can discover new, trending artists and find music that fits your mood. YELP Looking for a local place to eat, shop, drink, relax or play? Read reviews from locals who know best, and get directions sent to your navigation system. FACEBOOK PLACES Check-in and notify your Facebook friends of your location the moment you arrive. MOVIE TICKETS.COM Find movies, check local start times, purchase tickets and get directions without ever leaving your Lexus. OPENTABLE Search restaurants by cuisine, real-time availability and price range; read dinner ratings and reviews; and make reservations. SAVED DESTINATIONS Can t remember the name of that great restaurant you went to last month? With Saved Destinations you get instant access to your destination folders, where you can browse through up to 200 of your recent destinations. DESTINATION SEARCH Search and explore places to go and exciting things to do! Find and save up-to-date points of interest, addresses, restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues, and more. FUEL SPORTS STOCKS 8 With the Fuel Prices app, you can search for stations by price, brand, distance or grade. And, once you make a selection, it can display the destination on your navigation screen. The Sports app offers access to the schedules, scores and news of your favorite sports teams.
