The Handbook included the requirements and responsibilities for campus mentors, field supervisors, and candidates plus observation forms, documentation forms, contact logs, and the contract (2010). Developed the curriculum alignment chart used in the Certification Application for Principal Preparation to the State Board of Educator Certification and for the Compliance Audit Report for the Texas

The chart identified specific ELCC and TexES standards to be taught for each course and was developed to prevent gaps and repetitions in the program (2009) Wrote the proposal for the College of Education at Texas A&M University-Kingsville to offer a graduate online degree program in Educational Administration.
