1 Nicor Gas Thermal Oxidizer at Reboiler #6 N/A Illinois, USA Installation of a 3.0MM BTU/HR thermal oxidizer to replace the existing less efficient flare stack at Reboiler #6. Worked through the procurement process of analyzing bids and selecting a vendor. Fuel gas piping and foundation design were included in the overall project. Capital cost of nearly $750K. SP-1 Gas Pipeline Integrity Work N/A Illinois, USA Miscellaneous portions throughout the Glasford Storage Field were addressed to minimize low points, remove siphon drips and install new log drips. Design modifications to make the existing gathering lines pig-gable, such as removing restrictions in the line like SR fittings and unbarred tees or plug valves. The design also included the installation of multiple launchers and receivers at critical points. SP-2 Gas Wellhead Improvements N/A Illinois, USA Work consisted of (3) specific locations at the Shanghai Facility. Installation at the wells, from wing valve through outlet valve, including a new water knockout separator and clamp on ultrasonic meters to monitor gas flow as well as water production. Control valve and fiberglass building installation along with concrete and saline discharge design was also included. SP-3 NGPL / Compressor Unit Replacement CAT 16 CM 34 Compressor Station 201 Herscher, Project management, detailed design, construction documents, bills of material and material/equipment specifications for the installation of a separable, single stage, 8,000 BHP engine/reciprocating compressor package and gas cooling. Unit is a replacement and expansion of existing compression at the field. SP-4

2 NGPL / Expansion of H2S Scavenger System Station 201 Herscher, Project management, detailed design, construction documents, bills of material and material/equipment specifications for the expansion of the existing H2S scavenging system to allow treatment of an additional 300 MMCF/D of gas at the storage facility. SP-5 NGPL / Compressor Unit Replacement 4700 HP Engine Compressor Station 206 St. Elmo, Project management, detailed design, construction documents, bills of material and material/equipment specifications for the installation of a separable, two stage, 4,700 BHP engine/reciprocating compressor package and gas cooling. Unit replaced two of the existing engines at the storage field and will be used for injection and withdrawal. SP-6 Nicor Gas Design & Project Management Install Gas Turbine Driven Centrifugal Compressor Troy Grove Storage Facility Addison, Project management, detailed design, and preparation of construction documents for the installation of a 15,000 horsepower gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor addition. SP-7 CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT Confidential Client Project Management & Cost Estimate Underground Gas Storage Field Storage Field Development Study Kentucky USA Provided project management, preliminary engineering, and preparation of detailed cost estimates to evaluate the costs to develop two depleted gas fields for underground gas storage. Facilities proposed as a result of the preliminary engineering study included storage field and gathering system, compressor facilities, gas dehydration systems, regulation and metering, and interconnecting lateral. Facilities proposed as a result of the preliminary engineering study included storage field and gathering system, compressor facilities, water separation, dehydration and water collection systems, regulation and metering, and interconnecting lateral. SP-9 N/A Sierra Gas Storage Natural Gas Storage Project Development Grant 13 Storage Development Project Michigan USA Provided overall natural gas storage project development consulting service to the owners of the company. The Grant 13 field is potentially a very large natural gas storage field located in Northern Michigan. When completed, it will have a working capacity of about 70 BCF and will likely be designed to withdraw more than 1 BCF/Day. The consulting services provided included all aspects of the development process. SP-10 Gas Storage Water Injection Facility Shanghai Storage Water Injection Facility Provided detailed engineering, material specification, material lists and design for a water injection system. This included design of a 75,000 gallon atmospheric storage tank, 110 HP water injection pump with associated filtration equipment and water gathering system piping including 6, 4 and 2 piping. SP-11 M&R Facilities for Gas Storage Shanghai Ultrasonic Meter Project Provided detailed design & drafting, material specifications, and material lists for three (3) separate storage field locations. Each meter facility consisted of a dual run ultrasonic meter and associated run-switching valves and piping. SP-12

4 Design Replacement of Gas Gathering Lines Emergency Gathering System Project Sciota, Provided detailed design for replacement of 1000 of 8 / 4 gathering line. This project involved detailed elevation profiles and unique drip design to ensure that fluids would be disposed of properly. SP-13 Design Replacement of Gas Gathering Lines Glasford Gathering System Provided detailed design for the upgrade of an existing 12 gathering line at the Glasford storage field. Work included replacements of various key isolation valves and the writing of an uprate procedure for the client. SP-14 Design H2S Removal System Storage Facility Hillsboro H2S Treatment System Provided detailed engineering, material specification, material lists and design for eight sulfa-treat vessels for removal of H2S from storage gas. This involved design of the process flow including valving, separation, and product interaction to ensure market quality gas. Project scope also included extensive foundation design and chemical disposal facilities. SP-15 Design a 10,000 gallon scavenger chemical tank Hillsboro Scavenger Tank Designed a 10,000 gallon scavenger chemical tank and associated foundation and containment area. Ensured the design was in accordance with all applicable codes including NFPA 30, UL 142 and Illinois State Fire Marshall regulations. SP-16 Storage Field Assessment Lincoln Storage Field Assessment Completed a detailed facility assessment for the Lincoln Storage Field to ensure compliance with DOT 192, NFPA 30, NFPA 37, NFPA 54, and NEC. Scope of the assessment included gathering system piping, compressor yard piping, mechanical facilities, electrical facilities, and cathodic protection facilities. SP-17

5 Design & Specifications For Dehydration Facilities at Storage Fields Dehydration Projects Provided preliminary design & drafting, material specifications, and material lists for four (4) separate storage field locations. Facility design consisted of fully redundant systems to s existing dehydration facilities, including glycol regeneration skids, contact towers, and pump & piping systems. SP-18 Nicor Cost Estimates & Designs for Various Pipeline Infrastructure Ongoing Storage Design Projects Completed 32 design projects in 2008 and Projects included cost estimates and design for regulators, reboilers, generator after coolers, gate valve replacements, ultrasonic meters, flow control, scrubbers, wellhead water knockout vessels, laterals, gathering line replacements with pig launchers, etc. Average project size was $590,000 total installed cost. SP-19 PLC and ESD System Automation Compressor Station and Gas Storage Facility Station 204 Automation Columbus Junction, Iowa USA Design, programming and commissioning of a PLC based compressor station control system and emergency shutdown system for an expansion of an existing compressor station / gas storage facility. The system is designed to provide monitoring and control of 7 gas fired reciprocating compressors, 75 yard valves and 5 gas storage fields. The control system functionality includes flow and pressure control and monitoring, remote control of satellite compressor station and 99 operator configurable flow modes. The station control system is based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix platform with Wonderware HMI software. The ESD system is based on the Siemens 545 PLC platform. The project scope included the integration of the new control system with existing flow computers, an upgrade of the existing PLC-based ESD system, control panel design and fabrication, PLC and HMI programming and on-site commissioning services. 6 PLC and ESD System Automation Compressor Station and Gas Storage Facility 214 Automation Columbus Junction, Iowa USA Design, programming and commissioning of a PLC based compressor station control system and emergency shutdown system for a grass roots compressor station. The control system is based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix platform with Wonderware HMI software. The system was designed for remote, unattended operation and provides automatic station start capability and pressure setpoint control. Project scope included control panel design and fabrication, PLC and HMI programming and on-site commissioning services. SP-21 PLC Control System For Gas Cooling and Separation 308 Control System Upgrade Longview, Texas USA Design, programming and commissioning of a PLC based control system for gas cooling and separation equipment which was installed at this existing facility as part of a storage capacity expansion project. The control system is based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix platform with Wonderware HMI software. Project scope included control panel design and fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, integration of the new control system into the existing station control system and on-site commissioning services. SP-22 Central New York Oil & Gas Control System Upgrade and Horsepower Addition Stagecoach Storage Facility Owego, New York USA Assessment and optimization of control systems for a compressor station and gas storage field. Control systems for station yard valves, the station ESD system, three electric motor driven centrifugal compressor units, a dehydration plant, and the gas measurement/control system are being reviewed and upgraded as part of this project. All of these systems are based on the Allen Bradley PLC5 platform. The project also includes programming and start-up of Omni flow computers for injection and storage wells. ENE is also serving as the control system consultant to facilitate integration of a new compressor unit control system with existing station and ESD control systems for the horsepower expansion project. The scope of services includes assessment and analysis, control system troubleshooting, modification of existing PLC programs, flow computer programming and on-site commissioning services. SP-23

7 Station 201 Herscher, Design, programming and commissioning of a PLC based control system for an engine driven reciprocating compressor unit (Cooper Bessemer 10W330). The control system is based on the Siemens 545 PLC with a touch screen PC running Wonderware Intouch as the HMI. Control system functionality includes all start/stop sequencing, shutdown and alarm functions, speed control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition timing control and automatic load control. Calculations included fuel torque, compressor torque, horsepower, capacity, flow, loadstep and compressor efficiency. SP-24 Nicor Gas Station 80 Unit Control System Upgrade Ancona, Design, programming, control panel fabrication and commissioning of PLC based control systems for three engine driven reciprocating compressor units. The control systems are based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC with a Panelview touchscreen PC running RSView ME as the HMI. Control system functionality includes all start/stop sequencing, shutdown and alarm functions, speed control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition timing control and automatic load control. Calculations include fuel torque, compressor torque, horsepower, capacity, flow, loadstep and compressor efficiency. Units automated included one White Superior 12GT-825, one Enterprise HV8-C4 and one Enterprise HV12-C4. SP-25 Nicor Gas Station 70 Unit Control System Upgrade Pontiac, Design, programming, control panel fabrication and commissioning of PLC based control systems for two engine driven reciprocating compressor units. The control systems are based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC with a Panelview touchscreen PC running RSView ME as the HMI. Control system functionality includes all start/stop sequencing, shutdown and alarm functions, speed control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition timing control and automatic load control. Calculations include fuel torque, compressor torque, horsepower, capacity, flow, loadstep and compressor efficiency. Units automated included two Clark HRA-8Ts. SP-26

8 Louisville Gas and Electric Unit Control System Upgrade Magnolia, Kentucky USA Design, programming, control panel fabrication and commissioning of PLC based control systems for three engine driven reciprocating compressor units. The control systems were based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC with FlexIO and a Panelview touchscreen PC running RSView ME as the HMI. Control system functionality included all start/stop sequencing, shutdown and alarm functions, speed control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition timing control and automatic load control. Calculations include fuel torque, compressor torque, horsepower, capacity, flow, loadstep and compressor efficiency. Units automated included five Cooper Bessemer GMV8s. SP-27 Louisville Gas and Electric Unit Control System Upgrade Muldraugh, Kentucky USA Design, programming, control panel fabrication and commissioning of PLC based control systems for three engine driven reciprocating compressor units. The control systems were based on the Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC with FlexIO and a Panelview touchscreen PC running RSView ME as the HMI. Control system functionality included all start/stop sequencing, shutdown and alarm functions, speed control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition timing control and automatic load control. Calculations include fuel torque, compressor torque, horsepower, capacity, flow, loadstep and compressor efficiency. Units automated included two Cooper Bessemer GMV10s. SP-28 Station 184 Unit Control System Upgrade Sayre, Oklahoma USA Retrofit of new PLC-based unit control panels on three TCV Clark engine/compressor units. The project scope included the reverse engineering of the existing OEM pneumatic control panels, and defining functional requirements, design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of the new control panels. ENE also designed, installed and commissioned a new fiber optic Ethernet control network for the compressor station. The engine governor, the air manifold pressure & temperature, the ignition timing, gas cooler discharge temperature and all water and oil cooling PID control loops are integrated into the PLC s. Each unit control panel is equipped with a dedicated touchscreen HMI operator interface running Wonderware for local control, operating data, statuses and alarm histories. SP-29

9 Station 286 Unit Control System Upgrade St. Elmo, Detailed design, programming and commissioning of the software for a new retrofit unit control panel for a Cooper-Bessemer engine/compressor unit with gas cooling at a natural gas storage facility. The engine governor, the air manifold pressure & temperature, the ignition timing, gas cooler discharge temperature and all water and oil cooling control loops are integrated into the PLC.
