1 Nanny Van is a trailblazing, safe, and reliable transportation service for children and teens that are on the go. Modern families are filled with parents and children who are busier than ever. With limited time and transportation options, Nanny Van is the solution that your family has been long awaiting. Be it tutoring, sport activities, music lessons, work or the mall, children and teens have places to go and people to see. When parents can t, Nanny Van can! get them there safely and reliably. SERVICE INFORMATION Nanny Van will transport children & teens to: Work Doctor/dental/vision appointments School Music Family visit Sports practices Summer camp Daycare Mall Home.and many more places! Nanny Van transportation services are provided: Monday Saturday 7:00 am 8:00 pm Other times may be available on a case-by-case basis. One-way and round-trip routes are available. RESTRICTED TO: Vehicles will be vans having a seating capacity of no more than 15 passengers, to include the driver and assistant. Passengers who are physically and mentally incapable to board and off-load without assistance will be restricted. Nanny Van LLC is unable to provide trained medical or physical assistance to passengers requiring such aid due to the safety of all riders. Passengers that are legally blind and in need of a seeing-eye dog will be permitted to receive transportation.

Discounts: Weekly rider discount Early bird discount = 5% Sibling rider discount = 10% Military/Government Family discount = 20% Other Charges: 1. There is an annual registration fee of $ per family to become a member with Nanny Van LLC. This fee covers the added security on each van to include a driver, an assistant, security camera(s), and the Z-pass technology, which informs parents, in real time, of their child(ren) s pick-up and drop off points via text or .
3 2. A damage charge will be assessed if any damage to seats, windows, or other equipment or parts of the vehicle are caused by any passenger or passengers. The damages shall be the responsibility of that passenger or passengers responsible party(ies) and the costs to carrier for the repairs of such damages shall be paid by the passenger(s) responsible party(ies). All charges for carrier movements or trips are payable in advance. Payment must be in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, wire, or ACH debit. Personal or business checks will be accepted; however, service will not commence until funds have cleared the drawn upon bank. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any personal or business check returned due to insufficient funds, stopped payment, or otherwise uncollected funds. The Process: Apply: The family must apply to have the application reviewed and processed by a Nanny Van employee. Routes will be determined and responsible parties will be contacted for any additional information. Registration: This is the point in which the family has made a decision to allow Nanny Van to be their rider s means of transportation. The family will visit and click on the registration page. The family would have received their service agreement and any other information needed for their rider s transportation. The family will submit the $150 annual family registration fee, confirm the routes and plan for the commencement of transportation. The rest is left to Nanny Van to provide a safe and pleasurable ride for all riders. RULES AND REGULATIONS A. Baggage: Book-bags, musical instruments, athletic equipment, and other personal paraphernalia, limited to the capacity of the vehicle, are transported in the custody of the passenger at no additional charge. B. Animals: No animals of any type are permitted on any van/vehicle; not to include seeing-eye dogs.

Any passenger that causes damage to any van/vehicle, becomes violent on any van/vehicle, carries a weapon on any van/vehicle, possesses drugs/alcohol on any van/vehicle, and/or insights danger to the driver or assistant is cause for a meeting with the passengers responsible parties and subject to termination of services. D. Any passenger that is unprepared to board any van/vehicle at time of pick-up is given a two (2) minute grace period. If two (2) minutes expires, the passenger becomes a no-show, and the van/vehicle will proceed to the next destination. The passenger is allowed only two (2) maximum no-shows before the passenger s responsible party(ies) are contacted for a meeting to discuss continued service. E. All passengers must be registered members of Nanny Van LLC. F. Seatbelts must be worn at all times while any van/vehicle is in motion. G. No food or beverages are permitted to be consumed while on the van. H. Passengers are encouraged to use the restroom prior to boarding any van/vehicle. I. Passengers are not allowed to open any doors of any van/vehicle at any time. The assistant on the van will open and close doors when passengers load and unload any van/vehicle. J. Passengers will not board or disembark from any van/vehicle until it has come to a complete stop and the assistant has opened the door to any van/vehicle. K. Passengers may not throw any items while on any van/vehicle. Passengers may not put any items or body parts out of the window or door while any van/vehicle is in motion.
5 L. Foul and inappropriate language is not tolerated, for any reason, while on any van/vehicle. M. Passengers using phones or tablets must use headphones so as not to be disruptive or cause disruption to the driver, assistant, or other passengers. N. Carrier s Liability: Carrier is not liable for delays caused by Acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, snow storms, and other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specified time. Carrier endeavors to maintain the schedule submitted by its supervisors, agents, or employees, but it is not guaranteed under these conditions. O. If any condition(s) mentioned in subsection N. above make it, in the opinion of Nanny Van LLC, inadvisable to operate equipment, either from the place of origin or any point en route, Nanny Van LLC has the right to cancel all routes and/or schedules for the matter of safety.
