1 What is the Verified by VISA? Verified by VISA (VBV) is a 3-D Secure security which was developed by Visa International with the intention of improving the security of internet payments. The service offers customers Verified by Visa service with Password and Personal Assurance Message every time they make an online shopping or service. This service will protects fraudulent use of credit card over the internet. VISA card holders can directly contact the account issuing bank about Verified by VISA to make your credit care even more secure. What is MasterCard Secure Code? MasterCard Secure Code is an innovation that Local credit card and MasterCard international have jointly developed. The service adds more security when the customers shop or pay services online. The system will ask for Secure Coder Password and Personal Greeting every time an online payment for purchases and services through credit card is made. MasterCard holders can directly contact the account issuing bank about MasterCard Secure Code to make your credit care even more secure. How to apply 1) Choose Apply for the Service 2) Choose your desired service according to each credit card type 3) Enter your credit card number and then click Next 4) Enter the expiry date, credit limit and your ID number or passport ID number 5) Set your own Personal Assurance Message (PAM) for Visa card or Personal Greeting for MasterCard and your own password. 6) Set your question and answer for your new password set up (in case of forgotten password), and enter your address. 7) Read Terms and Conditions then click in to accept then click Next 8) Your registration is completed, you can now access the internet with your password. You can shop online in the future without going through the registration process again.

2 How to apply /use Internet shopping by K-Debit card Applications for Internet Shopping by K-Debit Card and changes of information can be made at any K-ATM across the country, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. How to apply for the service 1) Select menu option "Mutual Fund/Apply for Service/K-Mobile Banking/Others" 2) Select menu option Internet Shopping by K-Debit Card 3) Select menu option Apply 4) Enter your 10-digit mobile phone number to obtain an OTP VbV: One Time Password Verified by VISA, and to receive K-mAlert Debit Card Spending. Then press Submit 5) Read the terms and conditions of the service and press Agree 6) Get a transaction record together with an SMS to confirm that the application is complete. How to use your K-Debit Card for internet shopping and service 1) Select payment by Credit Card or Debit card VISA 2) Enter your 16-digit debit card number and CVV (3-digit number on the reverse side of the card), and the card s expiration date 3) Press Request OTP to obtain an OTP VbV: One Time Password Verified by VISA, and key in the OTP obtained from the SMS in the space provided 4) Press Submit for payment, and the system will display that the transaction has been completed. How to apply /activating Verified by VISA Verified by Visa is a service jointly developed by Kasikorn Bank (KBank) and VISA International to add convenience and safety for shoppers shopping online through K-Web Shopping Card. K-Web Shopping Card holders can activate Verified by Visa in two ways: 1. Verified by Visa service with Static Password (PIN) Makes your online shopping confidential and private. The Verified by Visa Password and Personal Assurance Message (PAM) service ensures you that every online store you make transactions with are registered legally and these stores are also assured that you are a bona fide card holder. Upon registration, online payment or service cannot be made without Verified by Visa Password. 2. Verified by Visa Service with OTP (One-Time Password) Instead of using a permanent password, added security is provided with SMS message containing a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the cardholder s registered mobile phone number while he/she is making an online purchase of goods or service. This gives the cardholder peace of mind when he/she makes online transaction, free from the worry that his/her personal password might be known to others. 3 How to apply /open an account Click here if you want to apply for the Verified by Visa service with Static Password (PIN). 1) Enter your K-Web Shopping Card number and input your card information. 2) Create your Personal Assurance Message (PAM)** and password. 3) Set your hint question and specify your address. 4) You can use Verified by Visa Password right after the application process is completed. ** Personal Assurance Message (PAM) is a setting message during your application that will be displayed on the website while you are making a transaction. This is to ensure you that you are making a legal online transaction with e-commerce stores registered with Visa International. Apply for Verified by Visa service with One-Time Password (OTP). During the transaction, the system will display 'Sign up for Verified by Visa'. You need to confirm your card ownership with your PAM (Personal Assurance Message). Then choose the language of the OTP (One-Time Password) message that you will receive through your mobile phone. Click Validate Phone No, fill in your OTP once received and then click Submit to make payment as a next step. Remarks: For cardholders who already applied for Verified by Visa with Static Password (PIN) during the transaction, the system will ask you to apply the OTP (One Time Password) or Static Password (PIN) Using the OTP 1) the OTP (One Time Password) will be sent via SMS 2) Authenticate your card ownership 3) Set your own PAM (Personal Assurance Message) 4) Choose OTP receiving message language that will be sent to your mobile phone Using the Static Password (PIN) ** 1) Fill in the password displayed on the screen 2) Click Submit for further payment process 3) ** the system will ask you to select OTP service 3 times. If you opt not to use the OTP service after 3 times, the system will then automatically ask you to use Verified by Visa service with Static Password (PIN)**

4 How to apply /use Internet shopping by Bangkok Bank s be1st visa debit card Be1st visa debit card available in 3 types 1. Normal Be1st visa debit card contains of 9 csc number at the back of the card 2. International Be1st visa debit card contains of 3 csc number at the back of the card 3. Without csc number at the back of the card, instead using 000 (may not available) Required information 16 digit numbers front of the card (1 st circle) Expiry date front of the card (2 nd circle), the card that doesn t show the expiry date, the cardholders can set their own by setting over 4 years expired Cardholder name front of the card (3 rd circle) CSC last 3 digits back of the card (4 th circle) for those who doesn t have, try 000 Prepare your Be1st card for online access Your Be1st Card should have a 3-digit number at the back. If your card does not bear a 3-digit number, you will need to request for a new card. Just bring your bank passbook, ID card and Be1st card to the branch where you opened your account. A new card is typically released immediately but some branches may take up to 7 days for processing. If your Be1st card has 3-digit at the back, before applying for Paypal, you will need to apply for Verified by Visa with Bangkok Bank. 5 Verified by Visa registration with Be1st via Bangkok bank s link (5 steps) 1) Enter 16-digit of your Be1st Visa debit card number then press Next 2) At the Verify Identity page, fill your 8-digit Reference code that you set via your mobile phone then press Next Set your Reference as preferred language in English, it is recommended to put GDI Set your 6-digit password and re-enter your password Input your address Input your contact phone number, the system will provide 0, you can follow with number 8 3) Create your password by filling in the box 4) Read the Terms and Conditions, then click Next to accept 5) Your transaction is now completed To set your credit limit call 1333 and 1) Press 1 for Thai language 2) Press 3 3) Press 3 again 4) Press your 16-digit Be1st Debit card number 5) Press your ATM password 6) Press 2 for setting your credit limit 7) Press 1 for setting your credit limit to 20,000 baht Remark: You can set your credit limit to the maximum transaction amount you will make only per day.
