Don describes changes iden fied by EHR, CQI, and CIC in discussion following Atlanta and reviews TSC suggested changes and other revisions suggested by other groups.

4 4 of 5 6/12/2013 1:17 PM 3. Aus n asks what ballot product will be generated in October meframe. Don reports that the literature review and environmental scan are an cipated in October. This may take the form of a whitepaper. A er that they will translate that informa on into whatever form meets the meliness of ballo ng EHR S FM R1, R3, or a separate profile. Aus n asks if this set of requirements might cons tute an informa ve document, that would feed into a later norma ve ballot. He further asks if another project will be generated for the ballot of EHR S FM R1 or R3 because if so, this par cular project should not be marked as norma ve. Don reports that they wished to submit a single PSS to reflect the whitepaper and the resul ng revisions to the FM. Aus n notes that if this is the project scope for the next ballot of the EHR S FM, then its scope would be limited to this project descrip on. If there are other projects feeding requirements into whatever project governs the overall ballo ng of the next release of the EHR S FM then another project should be developed for the overall ballo ng which would indicate the norma ve ballot intent. If it is balloted as a norma ve Func onal Profile then it needs to have norma ve checked. If EHR decides later that it will ballot as an FP then they should come back with revised scope to ballot norma ve. Melva asks how they will ensure universal stakeholder contribu on? A er discussion in Atlanta, with representa ves from other countries in the room, and sufficient interest was expressed to ensure par cipa on on telecons.
