4 How to Log in to mycfcc and WebAdvisor All currently enrolled students can log in to their WebAdvisor account through the mycfcc portal. From the CFCC home page ( click on the mycfcc icon. Login using your username and password. If you don t know or can t remember your username or password, follow the login help for resetting your information. 4
5 How to Use Express Registration 1. Click on the WEBAdvisor icon on the single click access menu. If you logged onto WEB Advisor through mycfcc, you should be taken directly to WEB Advisor without having to log in again. 2. At the Student Menu, under Registration, select Register for Sections. 3. At the next menu select Express registration. 5
6 On the Express Registration page, enter the six digit CIN number from the schedule book or web schedule in the box titled Synonym. This number is to the LEFT of the course id in the schedule book and under course id on the web schedule. Using the CIN number is the quickest and easiest way to register. If you do not know the CIN number or it isn t working as expected, you will need to enter the subject, course number and section of the course you want to enroll in. Enter either the CIN number or the course information, not both. 3. Click Submit when your choices are complete. 4. The Register and Drop Sections will appear with your list of selected courses. 6
7 7. If you encountered red error messages on the Registration Results page, you must resolve them as directed before you can proceed with registration.* Be careful to select only one section of each course. Also, Lab sections MUST MATCH the class section number. More information is provided in the Trouble shooting Tips in this guide. ***To register for the other courses not causing an e r r o r message, you will need to select RM REMOVE from the list beside the course(s) causing the error message. Then click SUBMIT to register for the remaining courses on your schedule. ** Reading Course Sections 7

Do not use Course Level. 8
9 7. From this list of sections, you can start to build your list of preferred sections. If the status of the class is Open, that means that seats are still available and that you can select this section by clicking in the box under the column Select Section(s). 9

When your date to register arrives, you will use the Register for Previously Selected Sections option. 9. If it is YOUR REGISTRATION DATE OR AFTER, you can proceed with registration. Registration dates (priorities) are based on your current major and number of hours earned. In the Action block beside the course(s) you wish to register, use the dropdown arrow to select RG Register. When finished, click SUBMIT. 10. WebAdvisor will return a Registration Results page. If you encountered no error messages, your status will show Registered. At this point, you can click OK. You have completed your registration for the selected section(s). 11. 24 Program Evaluation The WebAdvisor Program Evaluation is an advising tool designed to assist you in planning for graduation. It matches the courses you have already taken and the courses you are currently enrolled in, to the degree or certificate requirements for your major. It is not an official evaluation, but an evolving review of the credits used to meet your degree or certificate requirements. Students should see a counselor if they have any questions about the information provided in the program evaluation. This evaluation may not include complete information regarding GPA, or other specific requirements appropriate to the degree or certificate you are seeking. Click on Program Evaluation to begin. Select either your own academic program, or a new one you might be interested in. Click submit. Your evaluation will display. NOTE: Evaluations are only available in WebAdvisor for catalog years beginning in If you are following requirements from an older catalog, you must use a curriculum guide, available in Student Development or On line. Understanding Your Program Evaluation Your program evaluation is organized into sections: 1. The top of your program evaluation provides general information regarding you and the program you have selected for review, your advisor and any outstanding debts to the college. 2. The next section includes institutional totals and your GPA. This section is for Internal Use Only. Please schedule an appointment with a counselor if you want to know the exact number of units that will be applied to your program. The rest of your program evaluation is organized into the subrequirements for the degree or certificate you are seeking. At the beginning of each section (and sub section) is the status (see Status Definitions below) that indicates your current standing towards completing the requirements of this section 24
