1 FibraHotel announces the opening of the Live Aqua Monterrey Valle hotel with 74 luxury rooms and the Fiesta Americana Grand Monterrey Valle hotel with 180 full-service rooms. Both hotels will be operated by Grupo Posadas and are located in the Trebol Monterrey mixed-use project in the Valle Oriente business district in Monterrey. Mexico City, June 13 th, FibraHotel (BMV: FIHO 12) the first real estate investment trust specialized in urban business-class hotels in Mexico announces the opening of the Live Aqua Monterrey Valle hotel with 74 luxury rooms and the Fiesta Americana Grand Monterrey Valle hotel with 180 full-service rooms. Both hotels will be operated by Grupo Posadas. This project represents FibraHotel s largest investment since its inception and the hotels will be positioned as the best lodging properties in Monterrey. The Trebol Monterrey mixed-use project is located on Avenida General Lázaro Cárdenas in the San Pedro Garza García municipality and in Valle Oriente the most important business district in the city of Monterrey. The project consists of two 25 level buildings, the first tower has the two hotels and the second tower has office space. Additionally, the project has a park with retail and restaurant area as well as over 2,000 underground parking spaces. These hotels continue to boost FibraHotel s leading presence in Monterrey with a total of seven hotels and almost 1,000 rooms, including four full-service hotels with 661 rooms. FibraHotel s presence includes the Live Aqua Monterrey Valle hotel with 74 luxury rooms, the Fiesta Americana Grand Monterrey Valle hotel with 180 full-service rooms, the Fiesta Americana Pabellon M hotel with 178 fullservice rooms, the Sheraton Monterrey hotel with 229 full-service rooms, the Fiesta Inn La Fe hotel with 161 select-service rooms, the One Monterrey Aeropuerto hotel with 126 limited-service rooms and the Fiesta Inn Lofts La Fe hotel with 48 extended stay rooms under development. With these openings FibraHotel s portfolio reaches 70 operating hotels with 9,782 rooms.
